The food was not good. Cold,messy and service to a very long time. Tried the BK app. Went to pick up food and the order was wrong. The place was very clean. Plenty of parking. But the reason to come to BK was to eat. This was a second chance review. Eating on $15 credit from BK. The second time around was just not good. Not what I remember in the past. I do hope your visit differs and you enjoy what you order.Parking: Lots wide open and flatWheelchair accessibility: Very much so flat and extra large restrooms. Very clean

To be honest, they only are getting stars because of the employees. they put their heart and soul into their job. They do their best. I just wish the environment was kinder to them. Maybe then there wouldn't be so many mistakes. Wait times wouldn't be so long. I can look all past that because the employees are so sweet. But most people aren't like that.

Management is awful. They actually couldn’t make a hamburger due to the broiler being down and refused the rest of our order because it was an online order. Manager was rude and flippant. The man on the microphone sounded like it was halfway down his throat and almost incomprehensible. They couldn’t even offer us a drink or something to make up for driving all the way there only to find out BURGER king can’t make burgers. Now we have to wait 3-5 days for a refund as well.
