Iced Americano with Cream and add shot purchased yesterday 5/23/25 tasted bitter and or sour unable to drink it … this is my normal daily order usually great but yesterday tasted spoiled. Things happen no big deal just wanted to let you know. Have a great day see ya soon.

It was the first time I’ve ever been asked if I want caramel or caramel sauce. I didn’t know what to say. I think he chose caramel. No wonder I thought he forgot to put anything in it because the caramel was all the way down at the bottom, so that last sip was super sweet I ordered hot caramel latte by the way, it must not have gotten stirred…?

I can't go anywhere without stopping at a Dutch brothers. The services great, they're coffee and drink. All sorts of drinks are just amazing and I love how they have different kind of Fundraisers to help others out all the time.

Another poorly run stand in the Jackson County Area which is franchised. This one has to be one of the worst, with the Regional Director, MB not treating people right, terminating them for no reason, allowing managers to violate company policy and more. Turnover is high in these stands not because young people don't want to work, but because young people aren't being treated right.Take your complaints to Ty Sullivan...He is the franchise owner in Jackson County. Don't settle for poor service and poor coffee because its a Dutch Bro. We all support Travis and Dane, but when there is a franchisee not living up to the Dutch Bro culture, its time for accountability.
