First Dutch Bros out of 150 that I ran into someone rude…. Iro (sp?) was upset, not sure why but took out on me! Then they didn’t complete my order cuz his hatred toward me!

The manager here is rude, I didn’t get a name but it was a guy. Was offered a free drink in line and when I pulled up he said “yeah she’s not supposed to be giving discounts so you’re going to have to pay.” How rude is that? I’ll be skipping this stand from now on.

What can I say? It's a dutch bros. Pretty consistent across all of them.
I really don’t appreciate Lexi arguing with my dad that talking to customers is her job when he merely mentioned how she took awhile talking to the car infront of us. What’s not her job is arguing with customers. He only said something because the whole time we were waiting no drinks were passed and it was well over 6 minutes of her talking, I even stopped checking the time, we were waiting so long. Now Ive worked in the food service industry for years so It’s know when there’s a line waiting you get people in and out which is what she should have done not look at all the cars waiting in line and go back to laughing with the guys in the car. This also isn’t the first time something like this has happened. It seems like your staff needs to be retrained on customer service. Instead of arguing what her “job” is she should have been actually doing her job and make our drink. Very annoying when she kept saying well it’s my job to talk to people yes true but also not your job to hold up the line.
