Every time I come to this location I am always met with a smile and fun conversations with the baristas (: I came in today 11/17 and the barista that took my order on her tablet was super kind, and definitely brightened my day. Give her a raise šš I was in a black Honda crv at like 3:30 pm (the barista was in a black hoodie and made me the unicorn blood with blue razz drizzle)

What a joke!!! I went to two locations in White City tonight at 6:30pm on Veterans day and was told they do not do a free drink for Veterans on a day for veterans. I get the location by the V.A, I guess. Though, for years I have received a beverage for free. I loved this place, great hazelnut truffles!!! My wife put me on a Dutch bros allowance due to how many I would buy ( 3 a day lg). I now have to say good bye. Yes, this is a small thing to most of you now a days. Its sad to see that things like this are happening in our country as small as it is. To all fellow Veterans. Happy OUR day.

This location is really close to my house, itās convenient but Iām getting really tired of getting quoted a price when someone new is working and then someone in the stand goes and changes my order to make it more expensive and the barista doesnāt even tell me the price has changed, was charged 2 extra dollars this morning after being quoted 9.00 ended up being 12. I still left a tip but dang this has happened a few times, I understand being new and not knowing but still, if a customer is quoted a price itās literally illegal to change it and then charging a customer a different price without telling them. Iām actually quite fed up with it. I ordered my son a blended chocolate milk (he doesnāt like the ice cream milk) and I was still charged for the ice cream milk shake. I donāt understand. I was charged 3 something at the one by Burger King for the blended chocolate milk and this stand I was charged 6. Start training your employees better, or teach the new ones to ask questions instead of just blindly charging people.

Sat in line for over 8 minutes. One person in front of us. 2 different girls came to the window and chatted it up with the truck in front of us. The truck drove off without even getting a drink. So they wasted our time to have a chat with their friends. We ended up just driving off at this point as we were so pissed.
My favorite coffee stand! The drinks are always perfect, and the staff are so kind and welcoming. Stopping here is the best part of my day!

First Dutch Bros out of 150 that I ran into someone rudeā¦. Iro (sp?) was upset, not sure why but took out on me! Then they didnāt complete my order cuz his hatred toward me!
