The manager here is rude, I didn’t get a name but it was a guy. Was offered a free drink in line and when I pulled up he said “yeah she’s not supposed to be giving discounts so you’re going to have to pay.” How rude is that? I’ll be skipping this stand from now on.

I really don’t appreciate Lexi arguing with my dad that talking to customers is her job when he merely mentioned how she took awhile talking to the car infront of us. What’s not her job is arguing with customers. He only said something because the whole time we were waiting no drinks were passed and it was well over 6 minutes of her talking, I even stopped checking the time, we were waiting so long. Now Ive worked in the food service industry for years so It’s know when there’s a line waiting you get people in and out which is what she should have done not look at all the cars waiting in line and go back to laughing with the guys in the car. This also isn’t the first time something like this has happened. It seems like your staff needs to be retrained on customer service. Instead of arguing what her “job” is she should have been actually doing her job and make our drink. Very annoying when she kept saying well it’s my job to talk to people yes true but also not your job to hold up the line.

Love the manager here he is awesome but aside from that this is the WORST Dutch location ever. I have had so many complaints and today my drink was made wrong AGAIN. Had to try and doctor it up when I was home and still tasted bad. Ended up tossing my money again with Dutch Bros. Such a joke. Go to the other stands this one’s quality control is not good at all. Super super disappointed and will not ever stop here again.

I really love this dutch. My and my siblings had walked there and we ordered a pretty large order and they got everything right they were very nice they chatted with us while they made our drinks I loved the music they played and we were out of there very quickly.
