Island Grindz Bento

We were craving some bento while in Klamath Falls and we were salivating by the time we got to Medford. Checked their hours online and it showed open from 10-6. 2:45 on a Friday, so we were golden. Nope!!!! Closed for no apparent reason. Nothing on their Facebook page, nothing on their window. Total wasted trip. Don't bother with this place, seems they feel they're doing customers a favor by being open by the response I received on Facebook.

I wanted to get shaved ice, but this place is ALWAYS closed. I never write reviews, but they need to be consistent with the google schedule. Please open when you say you will.

This place is never open. So random. Dont stop by unless you see cars in line. So sad since its like the only healthy option in a half mile

I thought I would give this place a try since I’ve heard a quite a few people say that they’re really good. I ordered the chicken Bento with Mac salad. The Mac salad had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. And the chicken and rice were pretty blah as well. I probably won’t go back.

Hours are 10-6 M-F. I pulled in at 5:00 pm on Friday to have a worker look at me, and look away. I knocked with no response. I honked and he rushed to the window and proceeded to raise his voice to me letting me know they’re closed. He had an OPEN sign on the window and he continued to raise his voice and curse at me. It was an awful experience and because the company chooses employees like this, I do NOT wish them success.

I really like their food a lot, but it’s kind of frustrating that they never answer their phone when I call and they are constantly closing before six. How am I ever supposed to plan on coming and getting food from you guys? If you close at random times and there’s no way to call and find out if you’re even open besides driving there
