I've been coming here for~3 years. I've always had everything delivered as I specifically ordered. You can always check your food before you leave to make sure there are no issues- if there are any...IT'S AS SIMPLE AS REQUESTING THEY FIX IT BEFORE YOU LEAVE. As well as have them remove gratuity if they add it. Regardless of how much food it is, they have never forced gratuity on my tabs ever. I always add up my total and have questioned if it's different. Great food all around, the pot stickers with the sweet and sour sauce is drool worthy.

The food was good but we asked for the teriyaki on the side but it was put on the food. They also asked for a tip at the window when you pay. What’s the tip for? Handing it to you? I paid it but it makes me not want to return and I won’t.More and more restaurants are doing this and I am eating at home more and more. It’s ridiculous to pay over $40 for a drive thru lunch.

They are very nice here but the food is lacking a LOT. Not very good flavor compared to other bento places. The chicken tastes boiled and blan, and the Mac salad is awful.

Absolutely, terrible place got 2 chicken Bento's rice was undercooked missing Mac side called and the gentleman told me to come back through later on and took my name. So today I come back through. And they didn't write my information down so I don't get those meals re placed like I was told that was going to. Absolutely terrible. I will never come here again.

Im from out of town. stopped this cool little placevwith nice vibes and styled cool. Staff were super sweet andvfriendly. Gave me ideas for otherawesome food. Foo is a nice serving size and damn good!!
Chicken was good, but for the second time, they gave me the wrong sauce on it and the rice and Mac salad were barely mediocre. The "appetizer" was seriously laughable. 2 wontons and 3 shrimp for $10. Super expensive for cheap food. I tried it twice but won't go again.

Good food but they add a 15 percent gratuity automatically. This extra few dollars is more important to them than loyal customers apparently. I don’t appreciate someone charging me an extra set fee before I can even taste the food! Ridiculous concept! go elsewhere the area has so many choices.
