The manager Kathy is horrible at her job. I got my order taken at 4:25 and didn’t leave until 4:47. I watched as the manager took every quarter pounder from the cashiers hands saying “I need it for drive through”. Also watched my fries go back into the fryer, then back in my bag. I ordered a meal and a double quarter pounder… like really?

First off McDonald's food is the next level above plastic. It's horrible for you providing no nutrients what so ever. This McDonald's loves cheating their time system. They'll "park" you for a cheeseburger. When they tell you to pull over it's so they can "serve" your order before it's actually given to you making it look like their service times are fast although it took the 10 minutes to run your fries to your car cold. French fries have just a fresh time of 6 minutes before they start tasting stale and get cold... You're welcome for me being so nice and parking for the 10 you needed for a cheeseburger...

I love McDonald's they are always friendly to me. When and if they get an order wrong they always fix it . I find this one to be the one McDonald's with the nicest crew at it. I find that no matter what time I go there they always have a bunch of happy people working or eating there so that's always nice

I ordered ice coffee from the kiosk. I used the restroom, came back, and waited. The employee asked if I was waiting for coffee, and she said she would make it now. Then, apparently, the machine for my type of coffee hadn't been turned on. She offered me a substitute. This was at 1:00 p.m.

Sunday 9/15 the staff are rude. Their hair is about as greasy as the fries!!! The chick wearing a Red shirt very cocky!!! Horrible definitely will not be back on the weekends!! Every customer in the lobby has issues with their orders!!
