The driest, saltiest burger I ever had. The double quarter pounder I ordered had nearly no sauce, 1 pickle, and a couple small onions. By far the worst Mcdonalds burger I ever had.

I was thinking it was just rumors but when I went to McDonald's last night and ordered food all our sandwiches were way way smaller than they use to be I was very disappointed I get increasing the price but shrinking the food and hoping no one will notice is cruel I miss the Golden years of McDonald's

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. CONSTANTLY getting orders wrong. I brought back a burger that I asked for no onions on, the receipt said no onions, as did the ticket on the burger box, but they STILL put them on. Then when they “corrected “ it, they messed it up AGAIN. I had to literally walk them through how to do their own job. On top of that, the attitude I received was absolutely atrocious. If you don’t want the job than spare the world from your attitude problem and let someone who understands customer service to have it. 100% do not recommend this location to ANYONE, EVER!!!

Went to my home town and ordered 2 happy meals and 2 #2c complete meals with drinks and fries and deluxe burgers. we were traveling back home to bend Oregon. We received the happy meals and our drink and were asked to pull over to spot #1 and wait for the rest of our meal. When we received the burgers. We asked the gentlemen were is the fries and he promptly stated he will ask. Then came out a manager with our receipt who stated that we only ordered burgers and drinks and i told her I ordered a full meal and verified it with young girl who stated yes its a full meal. the manager said based on the receipt you didnt. i said no i verified with the girl it included everything. she then stated well shes training. she said if you want fries you will have to come in and pay for them. this is what i have to say. You have lost a long time customer. I was in a very bad mood and if I would have came in I would have been bringing in the burgers, drinks and my card and you would have refunded me for those meals! plus everyone in that restaurant would of heard your education I would of gave you on customer service! you need to remember its better to retain a customer than try to be bossy and demanding to a customer and act like you acted towards me. I left I will not spend my money at your restaurant again.
