This Starbucks is my favorite they get my order right I always add extra stuff some batista get it exact but still super good the best batista there I think her name is Heather she gets it perfect ! Any other Starbucks I go to they get it wrong

I have gone to this location and got the same drink three days in a row and today it tasted like burnt old shots and I went to tell them Because if I’m spending eight dollars on a drink, I’d like it to taste right the guy at the counter was very rude. Didn’t listen to a word I said told me it tasted wrong because of how many scoops of flavor i put in it(same amount all three days) and when he made it it still tasted disgusting. Absolutely no consistency whatsoever and very rude staff.

Every time i visit the white city starbucks i leave heavily disappointed. the past few times ive had a pretty bad experience. the first time i ordered an egg bacon and sausage wrap and it only had egg in it. i was looking forward to it :/ the second time a couple weeks later i ordered a cran merry drink and it came with water, … and the third time i ordered a matcha with sugar cookie cold foam i received it with no cold foam, they said it was “mixed” in but every other time ive had a matcha with cold foam it’s looked the same except this time. when i handed it back they said they couldn’t out any in bc there was already cold foam. i was sure there wasn’t. i’m super disappointed im from grants pass and frequently visit the gp and medford starbucks and i always have a great experience , super sad :/

I am not sure if all the girls were on their period or not, but they all were rude this morning and needed a attitude check and mind their own business. This starbucks employees need a complete overhaul on customer service. They think they are entitled to tell people change their name, very rude customer service here. Refusing to use my own starbucks coffee cups. Who hires these people. Starbucks needs to standardize their company policy across all their stores. Apparently this store has their own company policies that doesn't align with any other starbucks policies. They even refused to fill up my water bottle and wasted another plastic cup. What's the point of using our own coffe mugs and water bottles if we keep wasting plastic cups, paper cups.

The girl named abby working the drive thru window had AMAZING service. high quality friendliness and a good attitude. Our drinks came out amazing.. (and the water didn’t taste like toilet water) so good 5/5 stars would come again just to see abby
