Employees weren’t very friendly at all. I couldn’t understand the guy making the sandwich he talked very quietly and fast. When I pointed out that one needed to be toasted, he essentially scolded me like it was my fault it wasn’t toasted…. But I couldn’t understand him.Normally have a good experience there but this one was awful from the moment I walked into the storeKid-friendliness: Employees were quite rude from the moment I walked in. It was very busy they was killing it with only 2 employees, making 23 sandwiches for the firefighters. Plus taking walk in orders ,plus door dash pick ups.. Was a little wait but they where working very hard with positive attitude , well done.Parking: All good

So I have never eaten at subway before so friend and I stop in to get. Sandwich and three ppl in front of us .Ok not the end of the world but the Only guy working was slow and way to talkative, so two more cpls come in we still have yet to order two cpls leave and next we do the same because after 25 minutes waiting and we still haven't placed a order I saw the train coming and jumped out the way .Now I don't know but I enjoy the higher ups should really look at staffing and have staff to run a restaurant

Having 1 new guy there by himself is not ok! He was slammed and could only do so much alone as he was new! Shame on you for making him work alone and still trying to
Online order placed.. 3 footlong sandwiches and a kids meal.... when we picked it up- they asked if we were picking up and pointed me towards a Togo bag- luckily I looked in bag before leaving and noticed was no kids juice or Applesauce in the bag- when I asked the lady she said "u have to do that yourself" if u pack a to go order all items should be in the bag- or maybe you would mention that I need to grab items- after all online asked me my selections- so u knew what we wanted! I was so taken back that I grab my items and the bag and walked out.. when I get home I notice that one of the sandwiches is only 6"... not sure how that happens when the order was ALL footlongs- so no 6" should've been pulled out. I call the store and Kaylee who answer said she was sorry- she actually made the order and acknowledged the mistake- but when I asked how to justify the mistake she said she had NO IDEA- I asked to speak with manager- and she said there was none working. She would take my info and have manager call me next day. Next day comes and NO CALL- although I really didn't expect a call from a place that has no protocol in place for fixing a simple mistake. We have 3 subways within miles of each other in the white city/ eagle point area... I would NOT recommend this location for any online orders!Update: Manager finally called me back after 2 days-they replaced my ENTIRE order for no charge which is way more than what we needed so that was very appreciated. The manager apologized for the error many times and said the location is continously short staffed- so I'm changing my star review to a 3 and will try again in person only.
