Umi is one of our all-time favorite sushi restaurants and has been for over 10 years. We were so happy when they opened their location closer to our home. We love all the rolls, but their Tokyo roll with finely sliced lemon on top is delicious and our favorite!

At the right time of day this little spot out in White City is calm and enjoyable. We like to go right after the dinner rush on a weekday. The food is always tasty, never overly fishy (even the sushi). The staff are excellent and friendly. They provided my kids with white boards to doodle on and made them little assisted chopsticks for them to practice with.

I lived/stationed in Japan for two years and this place reminded me of Japan. Food is really good and you don’t feel unsatisfied afterwards like American Chinese food. Staff is very polite and prompt.
