Was walking back to my hotel for the night and wanted to pacify my sweet tooth. Popped in a few min to closing and the clerk looked like everything was shut down, covers over the ice creams and floor freshly mopped. They were more than happy to give my scoop, insisting the mopped floor wa not an issue. Only concern was I tried to tip (due to her polite and helpful attitude) but the point of sale limited my ripping amount and I had no cash. Very happy I got my treat! Thank you for staying open

A fun thing about Baskin Robbins is that you can get a milkshake made out of any of the ice cream they have. Most places only offer 2 or 3 flavors, but Baskin Robbins offers the full 31.

Another interesting side effect of milk shakes is the have a straw. When I last went in and ordered a milk shake made with pineapple coconut ice cream, I went to take a drink from the straw and realized that I cannot see my own head. I can see my arms and legs, but not my head. Yet I can still bring a straw to my mouth. I then moved the milk shake to the left and right, and it would leave my field of vision, but there is no obvious border where this happens. It isn't like a TV, where there is a black bar and then you see outside the TV.

While contemplating why I know where my head is without seeing it, and why my visual perception has no perceptible edge was slightly disturbing, the milkshake itself was very good. I have not seen other reviews mention the head issue at Baskin Robbins, so it may not be attributable to them. I will update this review when I find out more. But until then, 5 stars for the excellent milk shake and quick service.

While we've generally had fine experiences at this location and the ice cream itself is great, the customer service tonight was deeply disappointing.

We arrived a little after 5:30 p.m. on a Sunday. The shop was quiet — just one other family inside, and two young employees behind the counter. They didn’t acknowledge us right away, so I asked if they were ready to take our order. From the start, their energy felt off — distracted, laughing at inside jokes, and watching my teenage son (who has visible differences) in a way that felt mocking, like he was some kind of spectacle.

It wasn’t overtly hostile, but it was uncomfortable — and unmistakably unkind. I chose to shorten our order and leave. Before I’d even put my card back in my wallet, both employees had already disappeared into the back.

Could I be reading into it too much? Possibly. But as a mom — and someone who’s had to develop a strong gut for these moments — it didn’t feel like simple immaturity. It felt like subtle exclusion, and that’s still exclusion.

I’m not writing this to say “never go here.” I’m writing it in the hope that these young employees — or their manager — understand that small interactions matter. A smile, a moment of genuine kindness, or even just treating someone with normalcy can make a huge difference for a family like mine.

We won’t be returning to this location. Because in the end, inclusion and basic decency matter just as much as a scoop of ice cream.

Excellent old fashioned banana split!

The worse customer service I’ve experienced. Ordered a cake with no color frosting, I go to pick it up and it bright blue with sprinkles. They refused to remake and give me a new cake. I had to pay extra for a new cake. Do not order special event cakes here! Managers are horrible. 😊

Jon L was a pleasurable employee to get served by. He greeted me with kindness and made a connection with me which is uncommon for a fast food chain. Overall this experience was one of my favorite I have ever had in this industry and will make sure to recommend this location and Jon to friends and family.

So I just went into the Wilsonville location and asked for a banana split, since I'm living in my truck and will be eating it in here in asked if they could put it in a cup. I said I would pay extra for the cup if need be. I was literally told no, it has to go in a boat container. I said really? You can't take care customer trying to make a purchase?? Wow.. if this is how your employees treat people I don't know how your in biz still.. the date 11/30/2024 at 8pm..

$30 for 2 quarts of ice cream is absurd! I’ll never make this mistake again.

I made the mistake of stopping here on the hottest day of the year so far. You would think that a store would staff appropriately for this, however only 1 employee was working. I commend him for keeping his cool, however it's absolutely unacceptable that he was left to the masses. While I was waiting, two families of at least 4 members walked out and uttered something about cold stone down the road. The ice cream was satisfying, and the wait obviously didn't kill anyone, however it was a less than stellar experience.

Parking: Giant parking lot

Kid-friendliness: It's an ice cream shop.
