So I just went into the Wilsonville location and asked for a banana split, since I'm living in my truck and will be eating it in here in asked if they could put it in a cup. I said I would pay extra for the cup if need be. I was literally told no, it has to go in a boat container. I said really? You can't take care customer trying to make a purchase?? Wow.. if this is how your employees treat people I don't know how your in biz still.. the date 11/30/2024 at 8pm..

I made the mistake of stopping here on the hottest day of the year so far. You would think that a store would staff appropriately for this, however only 1 employee was working. I commend him for keeping his cool, however it's absolutely unacceptable that he was left to the masses. While I was waiting, two families of at least 4 members walked out and uttered something about cold stone down the road. The ice cream was satisfying, and the wait obviously didn't kill anyone, however it was a less than stellar experience.

Is and will always be my favorite ice cream place. It was rare for me and my family to go here as a child, so when we could go, we were always excited. My favorite flavor is Daquiri Ice.

Hello ?ZERO STARSDirecting this to the Owner /Store Manager of Baskin Robbins at Wilsonville. Your employee working on September 23, 2023 @ about 1530 hours refused to remake or refund the mocha blast I ordered- I requested this because the mocha did not taste normal. I believe you should perhaps check the concentrate pre-mix machine. I am a regular costumer and always have a craving for these drinks (I know the taste all too well). The response I got from him was not customer friendly. He pretty much said he did it right, and that’s it.He asked to use the same drink for re-blending! He asked what was missing (how should I know? for all I know your milk, pre-mix could be expired) Is it not a health concern to reuse the drink a customer has taken a drink from ? Did he know what my drink actually needed ? Did he taste it?Simply - He could have remade the drink, but he didn’t . The money was not my concern.So my loss - $8.99, and now am driving to the Beaverton location to get the same drink. Gal was friendly, young guy not as much. Disappointed that the new 31 deal is % off, didn't see that in my email but that isn't the stores fault. Clean, well lit. Plenty of parking.Cake cone was Stale, with a capital S. Ice cream excellent as always.

Just came home from buying a large hand pack and it is supposed to be 24 oz. and only got 16 oz. The sides of the container smash in. They obviously do not weigh the ice cream, a real rip off. Very frustrating to spend that much money and not get what you pay for.
