This is the third time I ordered pizza and it wasn’t ready when the web site said it would be. Also, the staff yelled and cursed at each other while I waited for the order. The pizza usually tastes ok, but this time the box was so full of grease that it spilled onto our car seat. I often write positive reviews when they are warranted, but because I have had more than one issue with this restaurant, I thought others should know.

Very good pizza, we ordered a gluten free pizza and the crust was delicious! We ate it there, the service was also good.

Its fine if you have time to kill. The first time we ordered, they just put the order in the oven when we got there to pick it up. We thought it was a fluke. 2nd time, the pickup time was about half hour according to the website. My husband left 40 minutes later and again, the pizza is just getting put in when he gets there. I understand being busy, but pizzas do not take long at all and 40 minutes for subpar carry out pizza is insane.

Said they no longer deliver to my house even though I don’t live that far from them. Unfortunately for them there are better pizza places around that will treat their customers better. So who needs them anyway.

pizzas are decent, prices were a bit high for what you got, and the working staff were friendly. poor rating because whatever manager in charge that afternoon absolutely berated her staff the whole time we were there. i hope the staff quits on her tbh

I love getting Bellagios, but can you please cut the pizza?? Almost every pizza I’ve had in the last year hasn’t been sliced all the way through. It’s a pain and for the cost, it’s kinda part of the deal. Tonight was the worst I’ve seen thus far. Not only was the pizza not cut all the way through, but the center cuts were overlapped and was super uneven. I had some slices missing their cheesy tip. A bummer, because everything else has been solid.
