Never a bad experience here! Everyone is always nice and helpful :) gluten free crust is yummy! Staff always seem knowledgeable with celiac disease and are always nice when I ask questions.

Wow, I went and had my first pizza for the family at Bellagio’s and Wilsonville and I thought wow $28 has an expensive pizza I got home and the entire family said it has four times the value of on top that you would get in any grocery store pizza it was a meal itself. Everyone loved it. I can’t do anything but Bellagio pizzas now and the people there were so friendly while I was waiting. I have spread the word in the Charbonneau community over 3000 homes.

Brittney, who took my phone order was very rude and inhospitable. It does not matterr how busy you are, in your industry you express class and a high level of customer skills. I suggest sending this girl back to training stat.

The two ladies working in the shop were fighting the whole time I was waiting for my pizzas. They were yelling at each other and angry and it took 15/20 min longer then they said it would take for the pizzas to be done and ready. Definitely a weird atmosphere and made everything awkward and late. And as she was cutting out pizzas she was coughing without covering her mouth.

I ordered a pizza with pesto. It was 37 with delivery plus tip. I was waiting over a hour and got the pizza. It was hot but when I looked at it I noticed almost no toppings for paying almost 3 dollars more for the topping. Also there was almost no pesto on the pizza?? When I get pesto on a big pizza I would expect that they would put more. His was very disappointing. I will have to find a new pizza restaurant now. Not worth the price.

Today we were so disappointed. We don't come to Portland very often so when we do, sometimes we like to get the margarita pizza from this bellagios. When we called around 11:20am (Google says they open at 11am) to try to order a pickup they said they couldn't do pickups until 12:30/12:45 because they were slammed with orders or something?

Also, last time we got this pizza it was completely different than the dozens of times before... Instead of big slices of tomatoes like it usually has, it had diced and the crust was thinner. We are hoping it's back to how it usually is the next time we try.

Pizza and wings were delicious and at a great price. First time there but will return!

Absolutely LOVE Bellagios. Incredible food. Bathrooms are available. Great variety of pizza.

Dietary restrictions: They have actual gluten free pizza crust which is safe for celiac. Also vegan cheese for DF options.
