The drive though woman was not very pleasant, everything but the onion ring were cold including the pickle fries, cheese tots, and the bacon was grey and also cold, mind you I did not wait to eat this food. I didn’t eat almost anything of the food and the pickle fry container was 1/4 of the way full. I would eat rather go to sonic across the street. Definitely don’t come here and this place needs to be shut down or reviewed by osha. Either way they need to make some serious improvements

GATEKEEPER'S
I came to this café with a Burger King cup, and they didn’t allow me to refill the soda. The unreasonable cashier refused to give me my food and reluctantly agreed to refund my money. She made me nervous, even though I didn’t do anything wrong. I paid for the burgers, and I had a cup with me, but she wanted me to pay for another cup. I kept asking why, as I was holding a Burger King cup! I’m very disappointed. This woman didn’t even have a name tag, but she claimed to be the boss. I ask the management to pay attention to this situation!!!

Quick stop on the way home. Just frys, waters, oh and ice cream. Glad we stopped. Window person was pleasant and food hot for fresh and cold ice cream

THIS POST IS FOR BURGERVILLE. (not sure why it says burger king)
We went in for dinner last night and the gentleman that took my order was very helpful in listening to what I wanted and relaying that to others. He even saved me a few bucks!
I also noticed he had noticed someone waiting awhile and asked the next customers for a second while he checked on this other customer who seemed to be waiting awhile for her order. Way to be attuned to the environment.
The restaurant was busy and I was told it was their first slowish day! I think I can speak for Wilsonville residents when we say we’re so happy to have a Burgerville in town! Overall our experience was pleasant and we will definitely return.
Kid-friendliness: Open space provided comfort for me to see my kids while getting our food and other necessities.
Wheelchair accessibility: Dine in was adjustable to accommodate wheelchairs and other needs of area accommodations.

Ordered a grape sprite, it was listed on the screen as just a Sprite so we asked if they understood it was a Grape Sprite. Employee responded in a rude tone of voice "We know sir"
Now, at the register we realized that we had made a mistake in our order. We asked if there was time to fix it, they told us it was too late. That's fine, it was our mistake. What ended up angering us was that we offered to take the burgers (as we had already paid for them) and then simply buy more burgers the way we wanted them. Instead they told us to pull to the side and they'd bring us out "remade" burgers. We thought "Cool, we offered to pay for them but they're remaking them for free. Maybe they aren'tso bad" turns out, nope. They just scraped the contents off the burgers they already made, put some cheese on them, and gave them back to us. Luckily we noticed it and more importantly, none of us have allergies to the things that were originally on the burgers so the only harm was the blatant disrespect rather then someone having an allergic reaction or something else.
Like dude, yes we screwed up while ordering and but we tried to make it right. We didn't ask for them to remake them for free, we were going to just buy more burgers. But they told us it was fine, had us pull to the side, and gave us back tampered burgers with the materials scraped off and thought we wouldn't be smart enough to notice. It didn't save them any money, (in fact it lost them money from us not buying a second set of burgers), it was just laziness. In short, rude from the outset, unprofessional and dishonest.
Dietary restrictions: I would not recommend a person with dietary restrictions eat here as they are clearly willing to misled customers about what they're doing with the food and what is on it. If we had been allergic to something on the burgers and eaten them without knowing or checking we could have had a reaction. Luckily this was not the case.

Service is good but the onion rings were not fresh. I don't even know if my burger was fresh. If you go at an odd hour like 4-5pm perhaps they're serving premade food I don't know.
