Chipotle Mexican Grill

Came to pick up my food, had a confirmation number and showed that I paid for my food and the girls at the front were so rude and didn’t want to help me. They said they didn’t see anything under my name and to just call customer service that there’s nothing they could help me with. I showed them my confirmation and that it was marked as ready that’s why I came in to pick it up and they said no there’s nothing there for me they can’t do anything and to call customer service or get back in line to reorder. I told them I already paid and they said to call corporate then. They were so rude! Horrible location!

My daughter loves this place, the bowls with chicken sauce and cream and salad, we come here often after school or after Karate classes. Ramon is a very nice attender. Thank you

I’ve only been here once but they absolutely loaded up my burrito so that’s 5 stars from me

The food was fine but the lady with the long braid making it needs to relax. She asked me what I wanted. I told her. Then she very rudely said WHAT?! She seemed stressed but it wasn’t even busy. The way she was talking to the staff it seems like she is in a management role.

The place looks like a tornado went through it. Food everywhere. Arrived before 10pm for a late dinner. Out of almost everything. Closed the kitchen. No rice, no pinto beans, no pico, no sauce.
Unfortunately they notified us of all this after one of my kids started an order.

I decided not to eat. My kids still did. But it wasn't good. VERY DISAPOINTED.

Store hours show to be open until 11pm. Why is the kitchen closed and no longer making fresh food?

To go order was sufficient. Chips and guac are always outstanding. I got a double steak bowl...only unfortunate part is too much gristle on the steak...wish they could keep an eye on this when cutting up the meat. Food tasted good.

They make my burritos the best in Wilsonville. I really appreciate the wonderful staff and customer service from Jacob, Landon, and Yahir. Thank you guys for making my visit such a great experience!

Took over 35 minutes to be served. One person was taking, making and serving everything. Including the other orders on the screen. I’m assuming online. While the 3 other employees clean. There are 9 people in line. Who frequently took a moment to stare at the line and continue cleaning. I know yall don’t care and never will care. How about next time they just say “we are trying to get out of here early so if you want food it’s going to take an hour.” So I could have just left.

Service is prompt and friendly. Portion sizes are large, and there are ample choices for proteins and toppings. The chips and salsa were delicious! They rotate different flavored drinks (limeade, etc.) alongside the regular fountain drinks, too!
