Super disappointed in this locations service. First time ordering catering from them, and after the order was already picked up, they called to inform us that they forgot one of the items after we were already driving home in which we live a couple towns over. I had to return to pick it up same day because they wouldn’t allow me to pick it up the following day or the day after even after I told them I was in a rush to get to work.Not to mention the really small quantities, they gave us for a 12 person order. It did not feed 12 people. And fed about seven.Will not be ordering catering from them again.

They do a great job on orders. I had a chicken al pastor burrito. The al pastor is delicious! Would recommend if you haven't tried it yet. Limited time only!Vegetarian options: Most dishes can be made vegetarian and come with free guacamole instead of meat. They also have a plant based protein options.Dietary restrictions: Simple ingredient means you can avoid dairy, gluten, or other sensitive foods.Parking: The lot is large. Sometimes there are not lots of spots right by the door, but there's always parking available.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu include quesadillas and a few other items. Some kids find the meat and beans to be spicy.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp up the sidewalk and other amenities for wheelchair access.

I like Chipotle. I am a very "basic" eater though - nothing too complex...rice, meat, cheese, tomatoes, done. I like that you get points for free items. I got a sm. bag of chips free.Vegetarian options: You create your own bowl, so you can make it your way - meatless.Parking: Lots of restaurants in this area, which is great!Wheelchair accessibility: Sidewalk dips down for wheelchair access. Spots clearly marked for handicap parking too.

Most of the food bins were nearly empty and unappetizing looking Carnitas were not even warm. Employee wanted to skimp on everything and had to be told to add more. Steak was tough and barbacoa looked overcooked and dry. Cilantro rice was all stuck together. Tables were in need of wipe down and clearing. Floors needed sweeping. For the money you can find much better choices.
Service is consistently abysmal, portion size is always significantly less than other Chipotle locations, and the tables are often left dirty. Had to go back twice just to get a receipt, first they forgot it, then they gave me someone else's. Overall terrible, avoid if possible.

10/21/23 at 5pm. I'm going to reiterate what Kola P. wrote a month ago... I ordered two bowls, I asked to have just about every side added to the bowls, and they were barely half full by the time the employee closed the lid. There was literally no meat added to my bowls. It took everything in me not to just walk out without paying. Thanks for the kids size meal chipotle employees. Also, as soon as the girl made my bowls she turned around and started flirting with the cook. Which I would not have cared if you would have actually put some food in my bowls. Don't waste your time with this location.

Usually, this location rocks but this time will definitely be the last time I come in to this place. I made an order for pickup, it was unfortunately stolen. The women making it argued with me about if I had even placed the order. Then when I asked for her manager, the manager was rude and short. Not what is expected here. Lost my vote today.
