Normally I like this group of baristas, however, today they have a gal out in the rain wearing the American flag as a cape, dragging it on the ground. Completely disrespectful, especially for customers who served in the military.

This shop is mismanaged, I had 5 cars in front of me and orders were not taken in order of the car line up cause the vehicle in front of me to have his order missed. I had to wait 34 minutes for my drink. This was a ridiculous wait time!!

My wife and stopped here while on a road trip. We ordered a lemonade double rainbro with tiger blood (extra sweet x2) light ice and a black with pomegranate and watermelon topped with lemonade.Well they have us our drinks and they had made the double rainbro tigers blood wrong. They person taking our ordered put it in wrong and it was not X2 sweet. Pus after we left my wife my noticed her drink was made incorrectly as well. They did offer to remake the 1st drink but all they had to do was give us a cup of the syrup (which they didn't) so we will NOT be back to this location again.

This is my regular go-to and recently they've hired a bunch of new people. One of the reasons I really enjoy this location typically is because you can actually talk to their employees and hear them. Came in today and their music was blaring rap music to the point that they couldn't even hear me nor could I hear them. I had to continually ask the guy to repeat himself and yet they still didn't turn down the music. Pretty disappointing. Feel like I'm in Oakland, California right now... Guess it's back to Starbucks for me. music so loud that you can't even order at the window. ??? No thank you.

Coffee Lover's Paradise at Dutch Bros in Wilsonville My favorite coffee spot has to be Dutch Brothers in Wilsonville, Oregon. This place isn't just a coffee shop, it's like a second home to me. This spot is always spotless and has a fresh vibe that I find really welcoming. What sets this place apart is the staff - they're not just friendly, they're super friendly! In fact, they're so attuned to their regulars that some of them know me by name and are ready with my order before I even say a word. Now that's what I call service! When I bring my dog along, they make her feel just as welcome with a free pup cup. She gets so excited for this little treat, it's adorable! My kids are big fans too because their kid drinks are always at the perfect temperature - never too hot, always just right. And the Dutch Brothers app? It's fantastic! I've racked up so many points and earned tons of free drinks. In short, Dutch Brothers in Wilsonville, Oregon gets a five-star rating from me. They've nailed the combination of great coffee, fantastic service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Can't wait for my next visit!
