I'm happy when I come in and see Melanie is working 💎. Always makes my smoothies just right and thick. I tried the Carribean Passion today as a recommendation from Melanie, and glad I did. She deserves a raise the way she holds the fort down there 🥭🥝🍌.

Love to order ahead. Reliable, delish smoothies. Try the Razzmatazz with subbing the orange sherbet for frozen yogurt or the oat milk frozen dessert. Add blueberries and Greek yogurt. SO good!! ??? ?

I have a pet peeve for workers on their phones, including my own coworkers, and the young lady that helped me today at 2:00, had her phone raised and was scrolling while 2 customers were waiting for their drinks. Just seemed unprofessional, with her basically leaving the work to the guy working.

Love the taste and the employees are very friendly. But they're another company guilty of shrinkflation. It used to be that they filled the cup up and occasionally there was extra. Now the smoothie is a whole inch under the cap. That's a large difference. I don't normally go to this location but I have to wonder if this is location specific.

They have switched out their usual bigger cups for smaller ones but yet are charging the same amount. Product is still good but much less value for what you pay.

Closed at 8 on Friday, even though sign says 9. I received a delivery order before 8 (which should have been over an hour before they closed), and when I arrived at 758, the employees had locked the door, and were getting ready to leave. They told me I had to cancel the order from my end, which was a blatant lie to keep from having to both log back into their system, and have it count against their stats with uber and put it on me, the driver, instead. Luckily, uber knows this trick and was able to notate in their system.The kids were nice, which is why they got 2 instead of one, but as a delivery driver, this kind of poor practice costs me a lot of money, both in the order/tips and gas spent to show up to the restaurant only to have it closed.At least stop accepting orders if you can’t honor your posted hours.

Employee on line was checking her phone while making smoothies. Nobody asked why i was in store. Here for a pick up. First employee did welcome me. Second employee walked out and stared at me and didn’t say anything. Terrible customer service.
