Killer Burger

Visited restaurant on 4/7/25. Burgers were good although a little messy. Needs to be put in something a little more substantial than a piece of waxed paper. The limited time onion rings were, to put it mildly terrible. They were mostly just pieces of onion instead of rings and pieces of batter with no onion. The biggest complaint is that they were totally over cooked verging on almost burnt.

Took the time to drive to Killer Burger with the family after a late soccer game. Showed up at 8:30pm (closes at 9pm). Staff had closed the entire place and only offered to-go option. We very disappointing.

Second time coming to a Killer Burger. Gotta say I wasn’t a fan. I got the Fun Guy burger. Way too much house sauce, and the cheese tasted sour. I do like a messy burger but this was over the top. The kitchen is in view of where you order. The floors and counter filthy as if they had just had a big rush but it was less than two hours after they opened. I will probably stick with 5 guys.

It was good, but not as good as it's been in my previous visits. Maybe an off day or something but still better than most burger spots.

Got terrible food poisoning from a burger tonight. It was burger and cheese. Didnt even eat the bum.

Good service, to be honest, if you are looking for food just to satisfy your hunger, it is a good option, nothing out of this world, I think they meet the requirement but there are other options where the meat and the flavor are better,

Was charged extra for topping on a burger that already had them. We got the classic killer box and took some veggies off and was charged extra for bacon and cheese. When I asked the cashier she told me it was cheaper and clearly it was not because it was $11.50 vs $10.00 the extra cost wasn’t the issue but the service and the uneducated employees were frustrating to deal with.

I don't know what's going on with this particular Killer Burger, but a General Manager needs to step in and fire some of the employees.
The change has been in just the last 3-4 months.
I've order the chicken tenders basket a bunch of times but theyve ruined that for me. The last 3 times I didn't get any tenders, I got chicken nuggets. I'm talking nuggets the size of McDonald's nuggets. Of those 3 orders, 1 order had 1 nugget, another order had 2 nuggets and only 1 order had 3 nuggets. Again, nuggets, not tenders. I've called and complained but it just got worse.

I ordered 2 different burgers the other day, you'll see in my photos how RAW they are. You can see that they are 2 different burgers, not 2 different pictures of the same burger.
THEY WERE BOTH RAW. I didn't order them like that, I don't even think you can order them like that.

What kind of idiots are working at this place?
I mean, maybe they switched from tenders to nuggets just to be cheap chumps. If not, the cooks need to pay attention and give the customers some respect and what they paid for.
Serving a raw burger is really stupid though. The burger patties are so thin, they only need a minute or so on each side to be cooked correctly. Super easy job to do, even if they're busy.
Killer Burger isn't a big company, they would go out of business if someone got sick. At this point, it doesn't seem to make a difference to them.

I used to love Killer Burger, not now. These weren't isolated occurrences, these have been over several DoorDash orders.

The bun was overloaded with sauce, so very soggy. I picked out the burger. Just awful, you can get a better burger almost anywhere else

Really nice atmosphere with classic rock playing; comfortable seating and lots of windows. My Meathead double-patty burger was undercooked but juicy & delicious (hope I don't get sick). Other than being undercooked, the only drawbacks were that the grilled onions are diced instead of sliced so they don't really want to stay put and the bun wasn't toasted or grilled so it fell apart very quickly and was quite a mess to eat. I also ordered the shareable fries which comes with two sides of dressing. The fries were good but the ranch was disgusting and came portioned much too small for a french fry order that large. I may be back but I doubt it, there are just too many good burger joints around 😁.

First and last time I will order here!
Bun was so soggy it fell apart I don't know what the liquid was, not beef fat had to stop eating it and I asked for ketchup because it was a Togo order and only got two packets this is the worst burger I've had what you sabotage it or spit in because I didn't leave a tip? Did you clean my table or serve drink this is why I do not eat fast food any more I only tip my waitress.

I had the Jose Mendoza and my wife had a Fun Guy. Both were delicious and the fries were too. Love the fact that you can get the burgers in two sizes, regular and pint. Definitely will be back and totally worth the trip to get there.
