Sandwiches are just so so comparedto other options and they have gotten smaller while increasing substantially in price. I only go to McD when I can use coupons or discounts. For me, the egg mcmuffin is the best, even with price increases..... I always use a discount deal for it to offset price.

I always ask if they got everything correct because they dont know how to make or package properly. Literally only two people me included mind you and they said yes to putting extra ranch that i paid for but cant put a damn hamburger patty on a bun?! I demand a free cheeseburger with extra cheese next time i go there cause i cant be wasting gas just so they can get a SIMPLE order correct. How they can manage to screw up with a manager seemingly trying to tell them what to do is beyond me. I took pictures too but wont let me post any.

Manager has a terrible attitude and horrible customer service skills. After messing up our order 3 times she argued with my husband that she had given us more expensive menu items so it was fine. I just wanted what we originally ordered and paid for.

Not that great. Understaffed. Didn't make the drink my daughter ordered correctly. You had to stand in line to get anything, including a napkin or spoon which didn't arrive with our food.

I am not a fan of McDonald's but i do love the spicy chicken sandwiches and the ice cream is wonderful and i have never had a problem with my orders i get what i asked for and i am very picky and always ask for my food to be made fresh

Really disappointed I called and I asked for shamrock shakes, and then not even 10 minutes later my shamrock shake was all sold out and it hadn’t even been 10 minutes so very disappointed. I really think the guy was joking with me, but he was just being annoying.

They constantly get my order wrong and am always missing items. Like yeah I’ll take the refund but what do I do about the missing food when I’m hungry ?
Second time around coming to this location and I'm absolutely appalled at the level of quality of food production and packaging at this establishment. I would like to think I may have caught them at a bad time, but this is the second time I ordered food from this location in which the wait times where unacceptable (ordered in advance on app mind you), and this second time around I literally had to throw out my sandwich because the the buns where absolutely soaked in grease. On top of forgetting garnishes and condiments on simple dollar menu items. You must have an iron stomach to visit this location because even in inner city Houston I never saw a quarter pounder swim in it's own grease like that. I can proudly say working in fast food supported me through rough times and I could never imagine disrespecting my paying customer by serving them this pig slop in between buns. Do better.

Went through drive thru only 1 other car empty lobby was asked to pull into the drive thru parking to wait for my food which was just a Big Mac meal. Thought maybe waiting on fries that was not the case fries very old seemed they been sitting out since they started serving lunch was brown not even warm soggy what was the point of parking me and making me wait 5 minutes for some old cold fries. Least drive thru lady was nice
