Don’t recommend the mini (6”). For nearly $9 it is little more than a cracker with a sprinkle of cheese. Very disappointing.

My wife and I had a good experience at Mod Pizza. The pizza is made fresh to order, and it is very tasty to eat!
Pizza was great, but had to keep reminding the host making the pizza about ingredients, they were friendly.

Incredibly disappointed with this location tonight. Have concert tickets for event in Portland, did online order 40 minutes early, arrived and not ready, they assured would be next made and in oven, 30 minutes later still not ready and had to leave, or we would be late for the concert. They said short staffed but continued to take new orders for in store customers instead of holding those and getting caught up. Poor decision by whoever was in charge tonight. Do better Mod.

I have been getting my lunch from here for over a year pretty regularly. I have never had ANY issues until recently when they changed management. Now EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I order something is wrong when I get to the store. Extremely unhappy with the new management and new employees. I will unlikely be back to the location.

Horrible customer service! Quite possibly the worst I have ever had at any food chain. You need to hire new employees. I felt like I was burdening them and I’m the CUSTOMER. It’s not that hard to make a pizza.
