Incredibly disappointed with this location tonight. Have concert tickets for event in Portland, did online order 40 minutes early, arrived and not ready, they assured would be next made and in oven, 30 minutes later still not ready and had to leave, or we would be late for the concert. They said short staffed but continued to take new orders for in store customers instead of holding those and getting caught up. Poor decision by whoever was in charge tonight. Do better Mod.

I have been getting my lunch from here for over a year pretty regularly. I have never had ANY issues until recently when they changed management. Now EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I order something is wrong when I get to the store. Extremely unhappy with the new management and new employees. I will unlikely be back to the location.

Horrible customer service! Quite possibly the worst I have ever had at any food chain. You need to hire new employees. I felt like I was burdening them and I’m the CUSTOMER. It’s not that hard to make a pizza.

Holy these 3 guys are trying to show everyone how much they don’t care. I’ve never seen people move so slow even when not on the job. There’s a Dominoes across the street that’s 3x faster than these guys.

Pizza was fine until my husband got about halfway through his, and discovered a 6 inch hair baked into the pizza under the cheese. He pulls it out and, like the energizer bunny, this thing kept going and going. Tie your hair back or wear a hair net, it's not that hard.

I visited MOD Pizza today and was really impressed! The place is very clean, which I really appreciate. The staff was friendly and everything looked well-organized. Great spot for a quick and tasty meal — I’ll definitely be back!

It is Saturday July 5th and it is 8:15pm
I must have come in after dinner rush. I could sense a bit of frustration from the employee that takes your order.
I waited in line for 5 minutes before being greeted or acknowledged by the 2 employees behind the counter.
I was the only customer in line at the time , they were just busy catching up with existing orders.
I ordered the 2 pizzas for my kids and then I ordered mine. I mentioned to the employee that I wanted to add extra toppings to my Calexico order. Employee acknowledged that I said that but as soon as he finished the calexico toppings he just put it up on the rack and I was frustrated with the experience overall that I didn’t bother to remind him of my extra toppings that I wanted to add cause he already seemed flustered.
I will not be returning to this MOD, I will stick to my regular MOD in Bridgeport, better customer service there.

Service was bad but because they weren’t attentive. Waited 10 minutes to get my drink cups from my mobile order than waited 30+ minutes to get my order. I know they have to make the pizzas but definitely watched someone order way after just to get their pizza first.
