The rice was very moist and dry almost like it wasn’t even fully cooked. I found a big piece of burnt stuff from a grill on it which is extremely bad because it can harm your health if you eat it. Orange chicken had a ton of sauce and there drinks tasted weird.

Poorly run store just needs better managers to teach the employees how to run a better restaurant. Update managers are just as bad as employees no one gives a shit about you. Make sure you check your food before you eat it. These guys are a joke

It is 10:00 am. I have ordered my food at 9:35am. They have not started cooking rice.
Not good if you are showing opening time 9:30am??. Please do not fool customer with timings.

Just drive thru, drove home missing half my order, this is the 3rd time back to back that they have messed up my order, I called on the phone and they don’t pick up, so now I have to drive 20 minutes back, double check your orders at this panda
