The food at Parkway Grille is delicious and our waiter was very nice and knowledgeable about the ingredients. The restaurant is located inside of a hotel but it feels like you're dining in the lobby and not a separate dining room. The lighting is very bright. The atmosphere is great for a hotel but it doesn't feel like a restaurant.
Unexpectedly good. I usually never eat at hotels but it was late and the review was good. They have a good bar and beer on tap. The food was unexpectedly good, too, and the price wasn’t bad ($70 for two and 4 drinks). I wouldn’t hesitate to go there again.
Located within a Hilton. Elijah was wonderful. Food quite good. Had flat bread (pizza) HB and Cesar salad. HB very good. Pizza good. Salad needed more dressing.

We recently travelled to Oregan and stayed at the hotel before traveling out to the coast. I think this was the best meal of our entire vacation and we had some really great food. The quality of the food was excellent and it was cooked perfectly. We were very surprised at how great it was for a hotel restaurant. Definitely a restaurant that we would return to! We had the loaded baked potato bites (sooo good), French onion soup (excellent), and roasted chicken in a sun dried tomato butter sauce (to die for.) Really have nothing bad to say about our experience.

Food was beyond amazing! The pairings were divine. Drinks were creative and refreshing. Service from Elijah could not have been any better. He deserves a raise. His recommendations and knowledge of the menu could not be beat. He truly made us feel that our satisfaction was the primary goal. 5 star service. There is no where in Portland I would recommend before this place.

The quality of the food was outstanding! Unfortunately, we ordered House salads. We were given a choice of dressing and then were interrupted later to tell us that they were out of the dressing that was offered . My husband ordered a burger and was given a choice of cheese. Again, they were out of the cheese that was offered. The quality of the food was extremely fresh, we loved what we ended up with, but it was super disappointing that they were out of their regular offers. And just so you know if you order a salad it has blue cheese on it. That was not listed, and unfortunately, I cannot have blue cheese. They immediately took care of it. They did not charge us to order an extra salad. I highly recommend this place because of the quality of food. I’m hoping that they are able to keep stock of ingredients that is offered on their menu. It is a true gem and a diamond in the rough. We were the only people there for lunch so we got top quality service! They also have a very generous happy hour and in your menu. The chef came out. I met us personally.
Poor food. Very slow friendly service. Underwhelming Bau Bau. Caesar salad dressing was very bland. The very thinnest of so so ribeye. The Onion soup that never arrived might have been good. But we'll never know.
We stayed here a few nights when our floors were being worked on. We were both delightfully surprised at the menu and food. Everything was fresh, healthy and tasted amazing.

The earliest reservation on OpenTable for the Parkway Grill at the Hilton In Wilsonville OR, New Years Eve was at 6:45pm. We arrived at 6:30pm and there was maybe one or two other couples in the entire restaurant Lol. Food wasn't even that great. Two martinis were $30?Wow! Don't ever ask for Grey Goose Vodka. The food looked and tasted like it was precooked & popped in the microwave. I thought the food would have been way better than it was. So sadly I gave two stars and would probably not recommend or return.

The menu was not at all what is shown on website. It was very abbreviated. Only a few choices. The service was very slow and inattentive to our party and they weren't busy. Our waitress seemed new and untrained. The food was good but not exceptional. Expected more from a grill attached to the Hilton.
I am not a huge fan of eating at restaurants associated with hotels I'm staying at, but, we've eaten here several times and it doesn't matter what you pick.....the food is phenomenal. I've had the grilled salmon salad which had some really surprising but well done tastes and flavors on it. Their french onion soup is impeccable. Most people over salt it badly. They do not. I even brought my niece and nephew here and they're amazed at how good it is.

This is our third time here, we are local and have really enjoyed the food and service in the past. Tonight was very different though, I don’t know what happened over the past couple months, but the whole vibe is off. My wife and I discussed art experience at lunch and we both decided in the end we felt like we were not wanted it there. we waited For the hostess for about five minutes before we decided to walk over to the bar where it looked like a couple of employees were and ask about getting a table. We should have trusted our guts and gone somewhere else. When we asked the two ladies behind the bar about a table, they looked at us like we were completely interrupting them and putting them out and I swear our waitress Cassie rolled her eyes. We ordered drinks and Cassie moped over to the bar I am assuming to get the drinks. It took about 10 minutes and we watched the whole time. My wife swears that they were talking about us because they kept talking and looking at us and laughing. But I told her she was paranoid. The bartender and Cassie continued to talk while our drinks sat on the counter, going bad as the ice melted. We finally got our drink. Cassie turned around and walked right back to the bar to talk to the bartender instead of taking our order or even telling us about any specials. I don’t know if she was trying to run out the time on happy hour with the intention of making us pay full price so she could get more money or if she just really had no interest in helping us but by the time our happy hour was over. My wife is pretty upset about this and she said something to Kathy and Cassie for sure rolled her eyes this time and went to the bartender they both talked quietly for a minute then the bartender came over , and said in, I swear the most condescending tone I have ever heard from an adult “next time maybe get here a little earlier there’s nothing we can do for you at this point we computers just won’t let us. “Then she turned around and walked off. After all of this, we decided to finish our drinks, which were really not good, way too much alcohol a terrible mix, and go home. I don’t know what happened to our favorite bartender and all the other great servers but if this is how it’s going to be from now on, we are not coming back! The waitress and the bartender seemed more interested in talking between themselves than helping anyone else, we were not the only ones left hanging, and the way these girls talked to myself, and my wife, the tone was so condescending that eye roles were out of control. The body language was terrible… It was clear we were no longer welcome here. Could be because we’re African-American and it could be because locals improve the training for their staff. We will not come back. Sadly, the food was amazing here but if you can’t even order food, why come. And upper management seriously needs to rethink their choice for managers/bartender because that girl has the most sour attitude I have ever experienced in the service industry. I wish I would’ve gotten her name. It was something weird. It started with a Z.

First off couldn't find reservation needed my husbands help to move a couple of tables together to seat the 6 of us ... no decaf coffee ... machine broken , no hot chocolate for kids machine broken.. no gluten free bread ... menu states gluten free options. Restaurant was not busy took forever to get our food. Plate presentation.was awful I ordered biscuits and gravy dish came in a bowl, covered with gravy that looked like dog food and a few round toasted potatoes just sitting on top of the mess. Not tasty at all. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone next time. I will have breakfast across the street at Black Bear diner.
