Rice Time is the best teriyaki restaurant in town! Their spicy chicken with vegetables is my go-to dish, and it never disappoints. Every time I dine in, the flavors are perfect. No other teriyaki spot comes close!
Their $7.50 lunch special is a great deal, and they're quick!

I am glad to see that Rice Time made it through 2020 and is still making people happy today, even though I moved away long ago. I need to come back to Portland just to stop...
