For the price, it’s great. Small, clean room, with all the little things you need. Friendly staff.

Stayed one night. It passed the bed bug check, I didn't see a single bug of any kind actually 😊, the staff was very friendly, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom felt significantly nicer than the room itself. It was also at a good price! Would definitely stay here again! Oh, and it of course had a TV, a microwave, and a mini fridge.

The rooms are very clean and it feels more like I'm staying in a friend or family members guest bedroom than in a motel room. I appreciate the little extra touches like the provided complimentary toiletries such as hampoo and hair dryers. The water pressure in the shower is great and the best part is the plush, clean towels that are definitely not your typical cheap, thin towels you would typically find elsewhere. It is very cozy and the beds are extremely comfortable as well which makes for a quiet night to wake up well rested before you head to the front desk where they have thoughtfully set out hot coffee, tea or hot chocolate & full size muffins for their guests to enjoy before checking out! I can't say enough about the amazing staff and their incredibly friendly, extremely accommodating, & always welcoming hospitality they extend to their guests. I have and will continue to recommend a visit to anyone looking for accommodations in the area because I don't think you'll find anything comparable within the same, consistently affordable price range.

Not really that bad, I say this because I have had a few really bad places that I have stayed in for the price, so is really down the middle

This is a neat gem. Centrally located to all kinds of food, walk ten minutes in any direction and you can find something good. But the rooms are IMMACULATE and the beds super comfortable. Better than many bigger chains. I would highly recommend them if you're traveling in the Portland area.

I came here the night of June 7th, after a long day at ren faire with a friend of mine. We arrived at 1:30 AM, I went alone to check into our room. The man at the front desk (I never got his name) was weirdly flirty, and it felt like he was holding me there with my card behind the desk just to talk to me. I got the creeps immediately from him. About 30 minutes after I got to my room, there was a knock on my door (mind you, its 2:30 AM). I had dead bolted it, and when I asked who it was it was the same man from behind the desk. “Hi there! Its me again from the front desk, I just wanted to come into your room and reset the wifi box because it just so happens! The wifi box for the whole building id in your room!”…. I immediately knew this was a lie. Why would the wifi box for the whole entire snooz in be in my room… and further more, why does it need to be fixed at 2 AM.
I was with my friend who is a man, which ai never mentioned to the man. My friend told me to go ahead and open the door. When this guy came into my room and saw my male friend, his WHOLE demeanor changed. We watched him flip the on/off switch on our wifi box, and he left…
About 30 minutes later our phone rang in the room. Guess who!! “You guys left the light on in your car” okay… so my friend goes out to turn it off and while hes sitting in his car smoking a cigarette, BOOM! There he is again, right next to the car asking if everything was alright…
Had me seriously wondering if I was going to get syringed in the neck. What exactly was his plan when he came into my room? He clearly was not expecting me to be with a man.
This experience was deeply disturbing and has haunted me since it happened. I wish i could remember his name. Tall, white, brown hair if I remember correctly.
I would absolutely never come here again and I have a new found paranoia when it comes to staying at motels.

Honestly its not terrible but it could definitely be better. I had room 25. Needs better cleaning, there was hair all over everything as soon as i entered. Needs a new shower head, hardly has any water pressure. The rooms are EXTREMELY tiny. How keepers dont come in the morning at all, they come late around 2-3pm so you'll have to seek them out if you need any extra toiletries. They leave 1 tiny tiny trash can in the bathroom and no additional bags for garbage. My toilet paper roll had maybe a quarter of toilet paper left on it when arrived. Change it out at that point wtf.
Also, if you pay here, they charge more in person compared to of you just paid for it online. They tried to charge me $20 extra than the rate online and just booked the room online and then paid instead.
Edit: you have multiple reviews with the same issues, if you haven't fixed them by now, im sure you don't intend to. I also dont intend to speak to rude workers who blow up their hotel phones because they don't want a bad review.

Affordable comfy rooms... off the highway but quiet... Beats, sleeping in your vehicle at a rest area....

Raeff, the Front Desk Associate, was awesome! Courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable of local competitors rates, he matched my booking.com offer so that I didn't have to mess with the website, and I got to come in and get the good rate at the desk. Also, I needed extra shampoo for my wife, as well as an extra towel...He was super nice and chill about it. I even needed help with the TV and he came up and helped me even though it was dark outside. Thank you so much! 5 stars, will come here again.

Rooms either have a good heater or a good shower pressure but not both . Weekend customer service person is great. Very informative. Room is always reasonably priced. Only supply two small pillows. Bring extra or request at front desk. Bedding usually has at least one stain but looks like dryer burnt or something of that nature. Also they don't supply conditioner for shower just conditioning shampoo. Kinda a bummer. No ice machine or vending machines on site

The parkinglot is a mess, and the bump is too high, it scraped my car underneath. Definitely needs redone outside.

The manager was super friendly and gave us a great price for our room. It was so nice being so close to the freeway for easy access to the 5 for our roadtrip from Riverside, CA to Seattle. I will definitely be staying here the next time I pass through.
