Rooms are okay. We booked 3 rooms, heaters were not properly working in 2 of them. Management needs to take care of such basic amenities.

I don't know why the Snooze Inn is only a 1 star hotel. The room set up, the bed and the cleanliness were all great and the location, very convenient. The night clerk was super congenial despite my late night arrival (1:45 am). The room was very clean and the furniture just what you need for a short stay. The shower was top notch. And, in the morning, you can't beat the Black Bear Diner next door. The only drawback was that the heating unit wasn't working. It so late that I didn't ask for a change.

I couldn't believe this is only one star. It's way cleaner and comfortable than motel 6. Bigger TV, more channels. Safety, at the Snooze Inn and Wilsonville in general, is good. Huge park, lots of food & drink optionse. ander one of the nicest libraries in the area compliment the stay here.

They refused to accept my passport and debit card despite me booking the room through expedia with that same card. I've never had anyone refuse my passport. Luckily, expedia booked us another room.Edit: The property is now lying about the incident to expedia. Expedia is investigating.

I don't know why more people don't stay here. The location is perfect if you near Wilsonville for business or pleasure and on a budget. Convenient to every retail need, just off I5, yet quiet and private. It is older in design for sure, older furniture and worn carpet, but the rooms are scrupulously clean and have everything I need--awesome heat/ac unit, little fridge, microwave, hair dryer, good reading light, generous TV, plenty of towels, hot hot water, coffee in the office in the morning, and very nice people.

I picked it for location and cost only. NO towels, no AC, dollar store pillows, no water pressure in the VERY small shower. Check in guy was nice, lots of parking. Yes you get what you pay for but when I'm traveling I need a shower and sleep so I'm not sure what exactly I paid for.

Other places that accept pets always smell like wet dog inside the room- thankfully that’s not the case here!!! Very clean and basic room which the price reflects. Nounneeded bells and whistles. Perfect for a nice rest.

This hotel is a good lower-budget option and has some upgraded room amenities in comparison to other lower-budget motels/hotels. The rooms could use some new carpet. Overall a decent stay.Noteworthy details: Several food options within walking distance.

Terrible place to stay. I stayed for a week and was charged 100 dollars when I left as a cleaning fee. Room wasn't even messy. Stay away. And don't let the bed bugs

The room's phone didn't work. Mrs Kim said shed bring one tomorrow- not helpful when leaving tomorrow. No bath mat for the slippery tub. The owner was indifferent and did not provide one. One room smelled of excrement - no apology, no compensation. I stayed there many times and always left the room clean, tidy, w a tip. But not once did i receive a drop of courtesy or warmth from the owner-family. The night workers are really nice and do help make up for the owners lack of manners.

Rooms were clean, service was great. TV didn't work, someone unplugged the cable. But other than that, we were there to sleep. Good experience, felt safe.

Don't go here if you need internet service! First day I had to change rooms because my location was not picking up the internet. Second day, I was told that the internet was just down and needed servicing. Rooms were clean and decent but the coin washing machine just fell apart. Because of the lack of Internet service I don't feel that I got my money's worth.

Always have a clean room and bedding, microwave, fridge. Great staff friendly, right Off I-5, a lot of places to eat and shop walking distance, breakfast pastries, breads coffee, and juice. Low budget. Quiet. No Riff Raff hanging around outside. I always stay here and now my son does to while we're traveling to visit each other from CA to WA vice versa ??

Cheap, but filthy. Cannot recommend. I didn't want to touch the phone or the tv remote. Holes in the sheets.
