Sonic Drive-In

Something went wrong with the Onon Rings 2 weeks ago. The coating was great but onion inside (if you can find it) was paper thin and felt like the very outsiide of the onion where the skin was like leather. Probably some kind of mistake.

The food i ordered the other did not come out correct i ordered a triple cheese i guess since they don't have that they gave me a triple smash burger as i just found out from shawn who was really really rude to me also i did not receive a few other things and my food was cold….Sergio and jake told me to come and get a remake last night i was working a double so i couldn’t come so i came today around 3:45 and shawn literally just told me no and jake and Sergio informed me that they will make sure everyone knows about this i feel mistreated maybe if i was a person of lighter skin they wouldn’t treat me as if im trying to steal food im a nurse and a very hard worker the disrespect is unmet and they need training again also shawn walked out to looked me and my fiancée in the face and give me a bad look things never get done about this and im sorry to live in a world where people still treat others without respect he could have called the managers who told me this to confirm didn't even ask me if there is anything else i wanted as i was gonna order more food he just told me “well u will have to come back when they are here i don't live in the area and im constantly working again people always mistreat people and judge off of the color of my skin because apparently there is no way they could have messed my order up I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

Sat next to order area for 15 minutes after pressing button for service so we left.

Just before moving after 6 years of trying to get them to fix their speaker box where you ordered... they replaced it! You can now hear the person speaking back to you. It is unfortunate you guys waited so long to do that as I would have ordered from there a lot more but did not because I couldn't hear. Fixing my review from 1 start to 3 because it took way to long.

Employee Jake at this Sonic location was super friendly and enthusiastic. Made my experience a delight! Nice to see workers like Jake going beyond the minimum standard of customer service

It is a good thing we don't have a Sconic near our house. I would gain some weight in a hurry. Stopped in yesterday to try the Double Sconic Smasher that I have been seeing in their commercials. If I were going to create a perfect burger for me, that would be it. So freaking good. And to top it off, a chocolate peanut butter milkshake that was amazing. Service was great as well.

It's sad when you return to something that is almost nostalgic for you -- back to the days when you took your kids after a game for a burger. It's honestly been years since I've visited a Sonic, so today on the way to the airport I stopped in for some fond edible memories.

Sadly, the ordering screens were messed up and wouldn't accept a credit card, the car hop was Jenna related to interested, and confused by the charge failure (and had difficulty solving). The food was okay, but somehow not up to the standards of my memory. Maybe it's just that I avoid fast food for the most part, but the visit was disappointing.
