Hands Down this is the best Starbucks I have ever visited. I work remotely so I visit a ton of Starbucks to small towns to the coast all across this state.
Cat, the manager was Amazing she was very kind and attentive. Keeps a really clean store.
It always takes me a minute to get my laptop setup and figure out what I'm ordering. My experience when doing this is being rushed and told I need to order something to be in there always in a rude manner. NOT at this Starbucks Cat was kind and asked if I wanted water never rushing me.
Another thing is this is the first time I was in a Starbucks and one of the baristas was walking around with samples of a drink offering everyone to try. Worked really well for this woman here who never knows what to get. Well now I have a favorite drink thanks to him doing this.

You suck. Making people wait for mobile orders for 10 minutes. You guys suck. You should have the mobile orders ready to go. Not make us stand around for 10 minutes. Slow

The staff at this location are always super friendly to myself and everyone I've seen. It gets busy in there in the mornings, so I always go around noon when there is fewer people. Even with the large crowds the staff work on everyone's drinks quickly.
Ordered two drinks and a snack, paid and waited. Two other groups came in minutes later and were served first. They finally got the drinks and I asked about the snacks and the staff who took the order informed me that they were on break and walked away. I finally got another staff to help me and they acted put out because they had to help me. I would not recommend this location and management should review their training
Everyone that works at this location does a phenomenal job making our orders. They basically have it memorized by now. They're all incredibly friendly. I wish I could name all the staff that deserves a shout-out but I've only been capable of remembering Kate's name due to my goldfish memory. My wife and I think Kate and everyone else deserves a raise and a bonus. Happy holidays.

The new brewed coffee dispenser needs to be adjusted. Filled the cup to the brim and when I picked up the cup that pressure caused the coffee to ooze out under the lid onto my lap. Please leave a 1/4” or so from the top of the cup — problem solved. No you can’t put 20 ounces of coffee in a 20 ounce cup.

I typically order Stars in drive throughs, which this is not. Being in a shopping plaza this was the only reason to stop. The team was polite and provided quick service, not unlike most all Stars locations. I wouldn’t stop just for the shop, but if I’m in the shopping area looking at other shops, I would go again.
