I just popped in for a mobile pick up. But everyone was SO nice! Not to mention I have a nickname on my app that I forgot about and the baristas went as far as to decorate my cup in the theme 😍 the food was hot and my drink was excellent! The store was clean and the employees seemed genuinely happy to be there. The decoration seriously made my day hoping the artist sees this review!

My boyfriend came in and I sent him a screenshot on the app of how I wanted my drink to be made (mobile ordering was not working) he showed the cashier exactly how I inputted the order in the app to make it easier for the worker. But when the drink came out, the worker did not input the order the way I asked for. And included little to nothing of what I wanted in my drink.
This is the second time we’ve gone to this Starbucks and they’ve messed our order up again. And based on the Starbucks mission statement, you guys did not succeed on meeting customers needs or creating that customer connection. Oh and might I add, when my boyfriend showed the picture of the app screenshot she said “wow, ok” and proceeded to input the order the way she wanted and not listen to what me, THE CUSTOMER, wanted.
I included the screenshot I told him to show the worker and the drink he came out with.

I lined up an hour before opening today (11/6) for the release of the Bearista glass bear cups. Two employees showed up at 3:30 to prep the store to open and one (smaller, curly haired girl) was nice to me and the woman behind me about us being there, the second (taller, red haired lady) was snarky with us and said she didn't expect a line when we told her we were there for the bear cups. The taller lady then went inside, locked the door, grabbed FOUR of the bear cups and took them to the back for either herself or her friends. Once we got inside there were only 5 left and about 5 people didn't get one (which most of them would have if she hadn't taken them before doors opened). I don't know if this is common practice or if she's allowed to do that, but it felt really disrespectful. A LOT of the line behind me were other Starbucks employees who waited in line like everyone else. From what i understand, what she did isn't allowed. Just wanted everyone to know that we told the other employees there and no one made her put them back!

This store is always busy, but the staff goes above and beyond to stay cheerful and offer an amazing customer experience. It’s very clean and I can tell the manager is doing an amazing job. Also a very attractive staff! Keep it up

Dear Starbucks Management,
I wanted to take a moment to share a disappointing experience I had at your Wilsonville location (25600 SW Argyle Ave, Wilsonville, OR 97070).
On my recent visit, I approached the counter and politely asked for a glass of water while I looked over the menu. The cashier — a middle-aged woman with red hair — responded in a noticeably rude and mocking tone, saying “no” in a way that felt unnecessarily sarcastic and dismissive. She claimed I had to place an order for food or drinks or something before I can be serviced for a small glass of water while browsing and waiting. YOU CANNOT BE SERIOUS. Please print out the policies I suggest.
This was particularly confusing because, just literally the day before, I had been provided a cup of water at the same location without issue. The inconsistency in treatment, paired with the employee’s demeanor, made the interaction feel personal and unwelcoming.
I understand and respect store policies, but tone and professionalism matter deeply in customer service. The manner in which I was addressed did not reflect the brand image Starbucks is known for — one built on kindness, respect, and inclusivity.
I wanted to bring this to your attention immediately, but hope that it helps restore the customer-first standard Starbucks is admired for.
Sincerely,
Aaron G.

Visited 1:15 Wednesday, Oct 1st. The coffee is great, service is not. Both woman there offered no greeting, smile, thank you, acknowledgement, even when standing right there. Seemed very snooty. Will not return to this location.

Hands Down this is the best Starbucks I have ever visited. I work remotely so I visit a ton of Starbucks to small towns to the coast all across this state.
Cat, the manager was Amazing she was very kind and attentive. Keeps a really clean store.
It always takes me a minute to get my laptop setup and figure out what I'm ordering. My experience when doing this is being rushed and told I need to order something to be in there always in a rude manner. NOT at this Starbucks Cat was kind and asked if I wanted water never rushing me.
Another thing is this is the first time I was in a Starbucks and one of the baristas was walking around with samples of a drink offering everyone to try. Worked really well for this woman here who never knows what to get. Well now I have a favorite drink thanks to him doing this.

You suck. Making people wait for mobile orders for 10 minutes. You guys suck. You should have the mobile orders ready to go. Not make us stand around for 10 minutes. Slow
