I just popped in for a mobile pick up. But everyone was SO nice! Not to mention I have a nickname on my app that I forgot about and the baristas went as far as to decorate my cup in the theme 😍 the food was hot and my drink was excellent! The store was clean and the employees seemed genuinely happy to be there. The decoration seriously made my day hoping the artist sees this review!
I lined up an hour before opening today (11/6) for the release of the Bearista glass bear cups. Two employees showed up at 3:30 to prep the store to open and one (smaller, curly haired girl) was nice to me and the woman behind me about us being there, the second (taller, red haired lady) was snarky with us and said she didn't expect a line when we told her we were there for the bear cups. This store is always busy, but the staff goes above and beyond to stay cheerful and offer an amazing customer experience. It’s very clean and I can tell the manager is doing an amazing job. Also a very attractive staff! Keep it up
