Denice C, a checker, was so kind to me. My portable oxygen tank was leaking that I had just changed. Only extra I had with me in my car. She cared and adjusted it for me as I was struggling with it! What a kind person! So thankful!!!
Very peaceful and lots of seating area!
Stood at the register for 2 minutes while 3 people working all made eye contact with me but not a single word. Then I asked if they were taking orders and a snide remark of “I thought you were waiting for one”. I just said I will go somewhere else and I get an “ok…” worst Starbucks experience.
Lazy unfriendly workers….standing there for 5 minutes no hi I’ll be be with you or anything …but white ladybpulls up and boom immediate service….
The overall experience was rather unpleasant. The person working the drive thru asked for our drink orders. We ordered tea first and waited for confirmation of that order. The service member just remained slient. I asked if they heard our first item and without acknowledgment we were greated with "anything else?" I provided my coffee order and same thing: no confirmation followed by silence. We stated that was our complete order. The staff, then, proceeded to tell us they needed to check if they had tea bags. After waiting they only had a single tea bag for our venti order. We were asked if a single tea bag was fine for their largest tea size without the suggestion of the smaller size. We said we would go to another Starbucks location and we were responded with "make sure to get out of line."
Very unpleasant experience to say the least.
Who ever that girl is that was working Saturday June 4th in the morning ( the short girl ) she is so dam rude n is rude every time she waits on me, the other girl that was there Friday the 3rd morning, that’s is always there is the nicest person n she’s always ready 2 visit when she waits in u, if that mean girl is there next time I come in I will not order from her again
This is the worst the barista is so rude her name is delijah I think but she’s so rude this is the second time she’s done this the worst
It is a plus when Safeway adds a coupon or special on the app for their in-store Starbucks shop. However, service can be hit or miss sometimes. Selection is abit more limited than the full Starbucks menu, but it has all the basics covered.
