I go here regularly and today I noticed there was a long black hair on my cup and I thought I’d just pull it off and but I couldn’t, it was deep in my coffee with the lid on, about a foot long black hair. Disgusting please wear a hair net

The food and drinks were great, lady at the window was very friendly. Though after ordering the district manager and another higher up were having what should have been private conversations with a her in-front of multiple customers. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE to be talking about parting ways and putting personal business out with customers at the table next to them. If you’re looking for change start with the top. Abysmal atmosphere

We came to this location for the first time in late June. The young ladies working were so sweet! My daughter and I both ordered our favorite, Frozen Hot Chocolate. The chocolate-covered bean they give as a garnish with each drink is a lovely special touch!

Normally everyone is super nice at this location, but some days you just get the worst service. Ordered the truly plant based breakfast sandwich and was given the treehugger instead. Vegetarian and vegan options are far from the same thing. Which should be common sense if you are working with food. Took me calling the store 8 TIMES to get this resolved. Super upset with the service today.
I'm sorry but why was I charged $1 for water when we also paid for a drink?!!! That is the most ridiculous thing ever. Always try to find new coffee places but Dutch bros is always the place to go. I can get a large iced water for free. Human bean how disappointing yeah definitely never ever spending my money at. Human bean ever again. DUTCH BROS ALWAYS 🙌🏾🙌🏾

I was introduced to the Human Bean in Hood River in May. It was a very good experience. Friendly, helpful service. Very good espresso. The chocolate coated roasted coffee bean on the cup lid was an unexpected and delightful surprise. Their biscotti is also very tasty.
