First time visiting The Human Bean in general. Staff was friendly. They weren't busy when I arrived which eas nice. I havent tried there food so I cant rate it. The atmosphere was nice besides the noisy traffic.

The food and drinks were great, lady at the window was very friendly. Though after ordering the district manager and another higher up were having what should have been private conversations with a her in-front of multiple customers. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE to be talking about parting ways and putting personal business out with customers at the table next to them. If you’re looking for change start with the top. Abysmal atmosphere

We came to this location for the first time in late June. The young ladies working were so sweet! My daughter and I both ordered our favorite, Frozen Hot Chocolate. The chocolate-covered bean they give as a garnish with each drink is a lovely special touch!
