I highly recommend you don't place an online order expecting it to come from this location in a timely manner.
I live 1/2 mile from this location, and placed a delivery order from their official website. It was delivered from miles away for no apparent reason, all hot items were cold and the frosty was melted. Their online form will not allow me to register a complaint. I will attempt to call their support number tomorrow and perhaps they will offer a reimbursement, but unless they actually acknowledge and fix this issue I don't intend to order any more.

Stopped here on the way to Salem, we live in Hillsboro. We wanted to treat our kids to the new Krabby Patty, but unfortunately there is a nationwide shortage. Nick, he appears to be the manager, stepped up and offered our kids to try the Pinneaple frosty. We were going to walk out and go somewhere else. We ended up having lunch at Wendy's anyway. Nick turned it around and made negative experience into a great and special one for our kids. Would definitely recommend this Wendy's for the great customer service. GO NINERS!!!
