We had the Cod fish and chips and chowder in a bread bowl. Very good, hearty portions, crispy and hot fries. Chowder was nice and thick with plenty of class. Loved the old bar and diner atmosphere. Also had outdoor dining in the back. Not a big place but the food was very good.
Very yummy clam shower and fish & chips plus several beers on tap. Nice atmosphere, and friendly server. Food is so fresh, so there is a bit of a wait, but its worth it. Its great for casual coastal vibes and delicious eats!
My hope that this place was a dive bar we're doused walking in the door. Obviously it's history is steeped in dive bar but now the atmosphere breaths of gentrification. For me, it's ruined! The food is great, albeit slightly fancy for what I was after, the service was friendly and prompt and the place was clean and inviting. Not 1 quality of a dive bar. Me, I wanted an unfriendly vampire server to bring me a greasy burger in a dank dark place that smelled of old...
