The cleanest public restroom I've been in, (in decades!!)Plus, they serve Berry Cider, my favorite adult beverage across an extremely clean bar with a smile.99 Bar & Grill will be my regular Winston, Oregon refreshment stop for each VA appointment I have in Roseburg.They even provided a variety of individually packaged condoms free of charge in the men's restroom!!I didn't have time to try the food, but I will the next time I pass thru Winston Oregon!!

Popped in for some lunch on our anniversary, and this little place didn't disappoint. Kinda cute and reminds me a lot of the 'hole in the wall' places you find in bigger cities.The menu offers your 'bar food' favorites. The chicken sandwich was delicious. My husband ordered the bacon cheeseburger, and it looked delicious. He didn't talk much while eating it, so... that sounds like a win to me.
