This location has been so gracious to us. We got stranded due to a bad alternator after visiting the wildlife safari. They not only allowed us to stay in their cool and comfortable restaurant but gave us a pizza and sodas. I have my 70 yr old mother, my husband and my two children with me. They have been incredibly helpful. Thank you from this Salem family that is having an unexpected challenge.

I am originally from the area and haven't been back to Winston in 25 years. I was eagerly awaiting my return to Abby's and it was everything I expected! Mariah gave us EXCEPTIONAL service up front, and everything else fell right in line as well. 10/10! Thank you so much!
Weâve been coming to this Abbyâs for 45 years. The pizza is excellent and every time we are in town, we come here. The prices keep going up but the food is terrific. Great pizza and the spuds are awesome!

Walking into Abbyâs Pizza in Winston feels like stepping into a pizza paradise where the sauce flows like rivers and the cheese stretches farther than my New Yearâs resolutions. The crust has that magical crunch that says, âYes, you do deserve this,â and the toppings are piled so high I needed a fork⊠and a minor pep talk to tackle it.
The staff? Friendlier than a golden retriever at a barbecue. The pizza? So good it made me forget I was supposed to be on a diet. (Sorry, salad. Itâs not you, itâs me⊠and Abbyâs.)
If youâre passing through Winston and donât stop at Abbyâs, just know youâre making a life-altering mistake â one that can only be corrected with a large pizza and zero regrets.
Pro tip: Get extra napkins. And maybe stretchy pants. Youâre gonna need them.

In the small town of Winston, where the brave dare to roam, There lies a great treasure â a pizzery throne. âTwas Abbyâs, the mighty! The legend, the lore! Where crusts are baked golden and cheese dares to soar.
I journeyed forth hungry, my spirit worn thin, Dreaming of pepperoni and mozzarella within. Through the doors I did burst, like a hero of old, Drawn forth by aromas more precious than gold.
The pie was bestowed with a flourish and flair, Each slice a round table, each topping a prayer. The sausage, the mushrooms, the rich velvet cheese â I wept and fell to my knees.
