4-25-2024 about 5:00 p.m. We just left Abby's in Winston to pickup a pizza to go. When we were paying for the pizza and person that took the order didn't document how we wanted our tomatoes on the pizza correctly. The young man at the register said he could fix it. When we got the pizza the tomatoes were not as requested. I was not to happy after two people could not get this right. When I told the employee, who was a young lady, about the situation she was so determined to make sure that we did not leave unhappy. I really appreciated her concern! Not a huge deal just a little frustrating. I didn't catch her name but she is an asset to your business.

Abby’s is hi way robbery for gross food $9.00 for a small salad They are not a four star restaurant and pizza sucks also papa murphys way better .They should be ashamed of themselves . Never again go spend your money somewhere else But not dominoes they suck to you will be happier.

Called 10 times trying to order a pizza. So I figured they were very busy. Nope standing around with thier thumbs up thier butt. So I ordered at the counter. Sat down and watched them as I called like I was going to order,they ignored the phone ringing I couldn't beleave it!! I was like wow you could clearly here it ring threw out the parlor. Lazy pure lazy service. This was Friday night at 7pm. And they were not busy at all. Very disappointed.

Honestly the atmosphere there nose up in the air too good for you nobody asked me if I needed anything or if I was okay or if they can help me if I needed to buy a pizza and maybe I should therefore like 20 minutes waiting and still got no service only time I got anything or anybody talking to me for any reason was when I went in and played lottery baby just letting me know that they're getting ready to close in about a half an hourKid-friendliness: Actually one of the larger Abby's so it has a lot of space inside lots of room for kids to run and play and a game room for them to play into I guess
