Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

We usually don’t have too many issues with DQ. Food is what you expect. The customer service is usually fair until you get to the manager. She was not a nice person, had a very rude tone, treated me and my family like we were idiots when we asked an off the menu question. I don’t think I’ve ever had an experience quite like the interaction with her. She could benefit from an attitude adjustment or a new job if she doesn’t want to do her job and treat customers with respect when they ask questions regarding their menu and ingredients. We will not be returning.

While I was waiting for my order, the girls behind the counter was gossiping about people in the dinning room.
I ordered a blizzard and when I received it. The waitress behind the counter never turned it upside down. She put it on the counter, I picked it up and it was running like a milkshake. I order a hamberger with fries, the hamberger was thrown together, falling apart when I unwrapped it.

Had the 7 dollar meal, it was ok, it was good for the money, fry's were very good, Sunday was good

I am a school bus driver. I bring students to this DQ often. The staff is always welcoming, fast and hard working. I know it’s a lot when 20-30 kids roll in ordering the whole menu. I just want the staff to know that they are appreciated. And, for management to know this as well. Thank you.

This is literally the worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. Staff is rude, doesn’t know what they are doing. Everyone is in the drive through it take 30+ minutes even if it is one item. Food is trash and so is this company

The bathrooms were a disaster.. the table we were sitting at was falling apart.. outlet cover near us was broken in half.. a lot of workers there that could have been cleaning better.

Kind of expensive these days,higher minimum wage is killing fast food prices!!

The people behind the counter seemed confused they asked the people ordering who my Sundae went to and two orders of fries were missing we ordered four meals and no napkins also my burger bun tastes burnt

It's under construction will be so much better when it's completed but the food was okay the service was fine

Good food on occasion. I am a local and I swear they cheap out everywhere they can. I understand being in a lunch rush and skimping on certain things but to very intentionally skip out on toppings/ingredients, nor make large sides Into smalls because you couldn't drop enough product. Worked fast food 3 years, fairly recently, not the kind of quality any of my bosses would have accepted.

It's under remodel so it's a bit hectic but the food and ice cream were good employees were nice.

New remodel and awesome staff...

This DQ is always a winner. Good food, great service, who can ask for more?
