I ordered a grilled chicken salad and the bowl was half full because it was missing veggies I ordered, not worth the $17 bucks. 17 bucks for a crappy side salad.

Might want to edit your hours of operation. We drove home from Tacoma WA and waited until closer to home for food and you all were closed.

Rude.
Sandwich Not toasted even though placed in oven.
When I called they basically told us that we were wrong and didn't experience what we experienced - just short of being called a liar.
Then gave us a false number to call and talk to someone that goes by the name Jay.
Worse Subway I have been in since I was a teenager 50 year ago.
1 star is to many.
Such a horrible experience.

Not to sound petty but there was more to our experience.

Went here with my 11 year old son and he asked me to leave this review because the staff at this Subway went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible experience. Bravo. 👏 The two gentleman working both deserve a raise.

I placed an order on DoorDash to this location they didn’t place all my ingredients and the sandwich was dry and unappetizing. Completely dissatisfied and waste of my money.

Since the local subway was shut down in green, went to the closest subway which is in Winston, upon entering I was completely ignored and wasn’t acknowledged for at least a few minutes. No, “I’ll be right with you”or anything. Staff was very blunt, unfriendly and unwelcoming. Please work on the customer service.

Got an invite for BOGO via email. Tried to call local subway but they don't answer phone. Tried to order online but the system will only sell me turkey sandwich, which I do not want.

So I guess I will be ordering pizza after all since subway is non exeistant

Well while I was super excited to support my local subway after their reopening, I have not had the greatest experience. I’ve ordered there twice since the reopen and the first time they forgot my extras, no prob they are all new and training no biggie right? Just ordered more recently and had one sandwich and another wrap, evidently they no longer sell wraps but are still available to order one online. They are making all their wraps with flatbread. We called and asked if they could just do regular bread since we weren’t informed of not having wraps and were refused. So the wrap ended up being a flatbread which we took everything out of and subbed with our own bread. Best of luck with your order!

Never ordering chicken from Subway again.

Their “Rotisserie Style Chicken” is shredded, possibly canned, and definitely marinated in preservatives.

I ordered the Baja Chipotle Chicken sandwich. While they were making it I could smell what could only be described as what opening a can of chicken or tuna smells like, and when I took the first bite, the chicken was lukewarm/cool, mushy, wet and tasted like preservatives.
I don’t know if they ran out of the normal chicken, or it was their normal chicken, but definitely a 2 out of 10.

I think I know why Subway started blocking the view of the meat and cheese. (Which I mentioned to them was sketchy and didn’t look good). They don’t want us to see the nasty meat they’re serving.

To wait 10 minutes for all the employees to make an online order was fine I patiently waited my turn. But my sandwiches were very sad and skimpy there were 3 pieces of cheese on my footlong so I asked for another there is supposed to be 4 and they charged me $2. I paid for bread and veggies basically extremely disappointed this store needs some training. SADDEST part is if you SCROLL THE BAD REVIEWS the owner clearly knows his employees skimp on toppings and continues to train them to these “guidelines” you think they’d want to keep customers coming back and actually change the way they do things if this many people have complained.
