Nice patio dining that is dog friendly. Friendly staff and outstanding local cuisine. I highly recommend starting off with the clams.

Chowder and bread were good. Thinner broth, lots of celery and bacon, not much clams and the bowl was small. Fish and chips were thick beer batter that falls off and lacked salt. Tartar was weird! Strong herb overpowered it. Shoe string fries served with weird fry sauce. And the slaw was vinegar soaked cabbage.

Food was great but service was highly disappointing. During food service we only asked for one thing, a straw. A family member needed this assistance. We had to ask again. We were then brought a straw held in a napkin. It was visibly dirty and used. We went without. Server was inattentive and never returned to our table after food was served. Water and drinks were not refilled. No one checked on us. We were a quiet family looking for a nice meal out.

Initially, we were having a good 1st experience. Bruce was friendly and explained the menu. Once we ordered and our food was delivered, he went MIA. my albacore tuna burger was cold and flavorless. Had he returned to check on us, I would have returned it. After eating, I went to the restroom and saw him sitting at the bar talking to the bartender, instead of checking on us. disappointing experience all the way around; the food, atmosphere and most definitely the service. Would not return.

Food was very mediocre for the cost. Vegtables undercooked, fish and shellfish overcooked. Calamari was mostly breading and lackluster. My water glass sat empty for at least 10 minutes. I let the server know and all I was asked is if I had feedback for the chef, no offer to do anything about it. Not at all worth the price.
