Initially, we were having a good 1st experience. Bruce was friendly and explained the menu. Once we ordered and our food was delivered, he went MIA. my albacore tuna burger was cold and flavorless. Had he returned to check on us, I would have returned it. After eating, I went to the restroom and saw him sitting at the bar talking to the bartender, instead of checking on us. disappointing experience all the way around; the food, atmosphere and most definitely the service. The food is very good, the overall experience was lacking.
We were seated quickly and then sat there while no less than 4 servers milled around us paying attention to anyone but us. After 15 minutes we got someone’s attention who disappeared to get someone else.
When someone finally came over we were told we ‘got lost in the shuffle’ but they gave us some free, very tasty, bread and pesto for the inconvenience.
I ordered salmon fillet which arrived...
