“The guy at the cashier had great customer service! He threw in a couple of donut bites with my order, which I did not realized until I went to my gate. Most airport Dunkin’ locations also do not accept payment through the app, but this one does. I had a pleasant breakfast before my early morning flight. If all Dunkin’ locations were like this one, I’d run on them too.“

“Usually on point but this morning I did a mobile order for munchkins and a specialty donut. Arrived and my coffee was ready (on the weaker side). They were out of Munchkins, so I got 8 full donuts instead. My specialty donut was not the spider but a nicer donut. They made the effort, which is nice. Stay on inventory and update the app.“

“I stopped by Dunkin' this morning and was greeted by a group of young men working behind the counter. They’re always so polite and bring a fun, comical energy that makes the visit enjoyable. Today, I asked if they could remake my coffee with less creamer not only did they do it without hesitation, but they were genuinely sweet about it and made sure I was happy with the result.

What really stands out is that they always aim to get it right, and they do so with kindness and professionalism. I actually drive over 35 minutes just to come to this location a few times a week because the experience is consistently great. Even during their busy rush especially between 8 and 9 a.m. The team handles the pressure with a positive attitude. Never had a bad visit here. Keep up the great work!“

“The only thing I didn't like was when the manager was sweeping the trash towards me as I was using the ordering machine as if I wasn't there, then sweeping as all of us in the store were eating. It was kicking dirt in the air. I can understand if it was a cloth push mop broom. That's my only complaint.“

“Nice and friendly place. The listen to your requirements and offer customized choices to meet the needs. I had a small kid and was looking for a kid friendly potion with a drink without caffeine. The guy behind the counter patiently helped me choose both of them.“

“Fast quick the cashiers/person at the windows is always nice and gives my little one a doughnut. Fast service, provides explanation of the menu items prompt and always friendly. Highly suggest. I did get avocado toast the last time I was there and it was toasted so that's nice but there was no bacon and I did ask for some. That's alright it was delicious.“

“Man at the counter was friendly. I did not notice a drive thru so I went in. I browsed the selection and noticed the small donut holes. The price each for 5 was less than price each for 10. The math didn't seem to give an equal or better price in bulk. I didn't snatched a pic of the sign and it was really early, if process are updated is be happy to adjust review. Great place to buy coffee, my dad liked the coffee. The tea was good ?

“I’m giving this Dunkin’ Donuts a solid ⭐⭐⭐⭐ because it’s honestly one of the more reliable and consistent locations I’ve visited. The coffee was fresh, the order was made correctly, and everything came out pretty quickly even though they were a bit busy when I stopped in. The staff was friendly and moved the line along without making anyone feel rushed, which I always appreciate.

The donuts were soft and tasted like they were made recently—not dry or old like some places. My breakfast sandwich was warm, cooked well, and didn’t fall apart. The store was fairly clean, including the tables and the pickup area, which made the experience even better.

The only small reason it’s not a full five stars is because the drive-thru wait was a little longer than expected, but overall the service and food made up for it. If you’re looking for good coffee, quick breakfast, and dependable quality, this Dunkin’ definitely delivers.“

“A couple years ago I would be saying bad things about this Dunkin Donuts. I guess there's a new owner and a bunch of new staff. Chi-Chi, Jessica and 2 other ladies that work there are great. I love seeing there smiles and pleasant attitudes every time I go there.“

“Wow! What an amazing Dunkin’ location — hands down the best branch in Allentown and even Bethlehem!
The place is so clean — seriously, CLEAN! I usually go to the Dunkin’ on Cedar Beach, the Boulevard, and Whitehall… and they’re always kind of gross and not clean at all.
The coffee there is just okay.
But this one? The coffee is above expectations, the staff is incredibly kind, respectful, and always smiling.
The cleanliness here is unmatched, and the view is just lovely.
I highly recommend it — it honestly deserves a 4 out of 4 rating!!“

“I want to give Nicole a huge shout-out. Every time I come into this Dunkin’ when she’s working, the store is clean, fully stocked, and running smoothly. She is always so friendly and welcoming.

I’ve been coming here since I started working at ADP, and Nicole not only remembers me, but asks about my baby, my wedding, and my life. That personal touch truly makes such a difference, especially in a busy city location.

There is a noticeable difference when she’s not there. At times the store has been messy, items aren’t stocked, orders are wrong, and staff can seem unprofessional. This is a high-volume Dunkin’ that serves many ADP customers, so strong leadership really matters.

Nicole is honestly the reason I continue coming to this location. I truly hope management recognizes the value she brings. She sets the standard.“

“I just want to should out the gentleman (grey hair and beard) who made my wake up wraps this afternoon. I worked at a Dunkin in High School and I never watched someone take their time to make something with care. At the end of the day it’s Dunkin food, but I could see he cared about what he was doing and I feel like that’s so hard to come by these days.
