I never hated an establishment as much as I hate this one. The service and food are absolutely horrible. I continuously make the mistake of giving them chance after chance because I assume that maybe it’s just an off day but this chipotle has been bad for years. I’m over them. Management should be ashamed of themselves for the products they are producing.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!! Customer service is a 1. I asked the staff at this location will they be making fresh new peppers because it was at the bottom and looked cold and it was not enough 3 bowls. The reply was we just opened at 9 they are fresh and we are not making anymore. My question to the staff is would you feed your family with that old food? That food is literally from yesterday night ... OLD!!!! the young lady needs a lesson in customer service. I kindly walked OUT and gave my money to first watch two doors over. Chipotle corporate company you really need to retrain your staff.

Just Delish
Bought a chicken and steak bowl with rice, veggies, pico, cheese and sour cream. The only thing that was in the bowl was chicken , steak, rice cheese, one slither of pepper and slither of a piece of onion, no pico. Very disappointed will never go back to chipotle! Ordered on line so I didn’t see them make it.

Food area disgustingly dirty, tables disgustingly dirty, bathroom disgustingly dirty, the floors are disgustingly dirty. I had to leave straight away. I absolutely positively will not return. This place is filthy. Went in the bathroom at 11:15am and it looked like it hadn’t been properly clean in who knows how long. Giant disgusting ring around the toilet sink had a thick film of grime. If they neglect and can’t be bothered to ask an employee to clean the bathroom at a chain restaurant you can only imagine that they are not enforcing any cleanliness standards in the kitchen. Chipotle has become such an embarrassment of a chain compared to what it was pre 2020.

I went to the store tonight at 730 pm .there was only a few people ahead of me . The food was dry .the lady that serve me tried to scrape the side of the beans and serve me some dry expired beans .i have to tell her to please get fresh beans . She bearly gave me corn and have a attitude about it. The place was dirty and was pretty empty.the employees should keep the place clean have the trays of food replace once the food is getting low and dry. I will not visit the Ab8ngton location again .
