By far the worst Chipotle wrap and service I’ve ever received. Am usually not a person to write bad reviews but from start to finish, the woman behind the counter just through things together that to start wasn’t what I asked for, then ripped the burrito. I understand everyone makes mistakes but when you rip the first one, then wrap it again and rip that like you fumbled a foot ball with ingredients I didn’t order, charge more, and don’t give napkins, you’re getting a bad review. I will actively tell people if they have to get Chipotle to specifically stay away from this location. Absolutely do not recommend.

This my second time to this location and unfortunately I had the same experience both times to where I barely get any food, I consume chipotle at least 5 days a week this is the only location where I feel robbed

Our server was polite and professional but the serving area wasn't clean, the foods like the chicken was bottom of the pan, he was scrapping the bottom for the pico degallo, the guacamole was brown, it just wasn't up to the standards of Chipotle. The dining area wasn't clean and it was only 2:45 -3:15 PM EST on Tue, Oct. 7, 2025.
The team members had a very load abrupt conversation & they could use the time to prep better. I'm not sure if I will revisit this location.

Came in right before close on accident and they managed to get our order done with a few minutes to spare, didnt act upset and was still kind to us. Great staff

I had a party of 20. Nobody greeted me when I picked up. I have to make 4 trips as the workers stared at thier phones. I was supposed to get 80 ounces of chicken. I weigh it at home it was 52oz. I was supposed to get 40 oz of Beef I get 29oz with soooo much grease. I had enough rice and beans to fill up my bathtub. And the queso can in a small container. Barely enough for 5 people. I called to ask for more food and corporate said they can authorize 10% discount. That’s it. What a waste on thiers and my part. They sucked and ruined the day.
This location is always a disappointment. Super stingy with the portions (I counted 6 cubes of steak this time). Half the tables always have chairs up on them (I guess they don't want to clean) and the staff always looks like they are contemplating their lives.

This chipotle needs to be shut down! The workers don’t wear hair nets they have nasty attitudes they look at you as if they don’t want you there and they are VERY stingy with the portions he had the nerve to put 2 pieces of chicken on my taco and then when I asked for more he gave me a dirty look
