You have an open sign blinking but it looks like your clothes cuz all the lights are off in your parking lot your street sign is off and your main sign is dark.
It would be cool if you would turn on the lights so people would know that you're open and that it doesn't look so uninviting..

Normal dunking food. Coffee doesn't taste as good as other dunkin donuts not sure why. Do not go after 7 pm to this one specific. I've waited in the drive through alone to order for 10 minutes with no answer just to drive around and see employees sitting there. When i try to go in the door is locked. Only go before 7pm for below average dunkin coffee if you need it.

I asked for a iced coffee with almond milk, I received cream instead. And when I asked for it to be remade, the guy ended up dumping the drink and just refilling it over the milk remnants in the same cup. Not sanitary, asking for a lawsuit, not safe or considering allergies at all

This place has the worst customer service I stop by there and they don't place my order properly. The person to place order in the drive thru was very rude and his vocabulary was not understandable reason why he doesn't listens to place the orders. He talks at the same time customer placing order he was not polite and kindly

Used to go here all the time with my little one. However just recently I went here ordered my kid a chocolate frosted donut with sprinkles and got myself an iced coffee. My kid dropped the donut on the floor I asked to get a new one (what I paid for) they gave me a different donut (miserable child) wasn't happy, I then asked for a cup of water because my kid wanted some and they told me we're not allowed to give out water but you can pay for a bottle.Never coming back .
