Worst customer service ever. Particularly the drive thur member. Yapping with co workers the entire time while taking my order. Had to repeat my order few times just to make sure he gets it right and still it was incorrect then tries to blame it on the customer instead of apologizing just stay away from these people especially the drive thru clown.

Very disappointed. I did not receive a receipt which is normal at times. I checked my bank statement and I was charged $21.00 for one small coffee and two donuts. Lesson learned always asked for a receipt. The interaction was at the driver through windows.

The workers are apparently not taught that frosted donuts should not be placed upside down in the bag. My boston cream donut only had a little bit of chocolate frosting along the sides.

You have an open sign blinking but it looks like your clothes cuz all the lights are off in your parking lot your street sign is off and your main sign is dark.
It would be cool if you would turn on the lights so people would know that you're open and that it doesn't look so uninviting..

Normal dunking food. Coffee doesn't taste as good as other dunkin donuts not sure why. Do not go after 7 pm to this one specific. I've waited in the drive through alone to order for 10 minutes with no answer just to drive around and see employees sitting there. When i try to go in the door is locked. Only go before 7pm for below average dunkin coffee if you need it.
