"Food Didn't Arrive, and Customer Service Was Awful " I waited over an hour for my order, only to realize it wasn't coming. When I called to ask, the staff was rude and didn't care at all. They didn't apologize or offer a solution, and their attitude was completely unprofessional. I won't be ordering from here again.

Worst customer service ever, worst staff. Absolutely unprofessional!! Waited for my order hour and a half for them to tell me oh driver wasn’t able to reach you and we left voicemail while in-fact they didn’t and when I try to explain that I received nothing they shout at me on the phone and not even letting me complete my sentence. Plus their sandwiches are not even that good but it was the closest option!

Order here all the time, had the worst meal tonight. Food was ice cold, items were missing, wrong sandwich. They are not consistent like they used to be. Unfortunately this is the last chance they get from me, I will not be ordering again.

Every single time I place an order with them it doesn’t arrive. When I call there excuse is always that they’re busy and they can send it out when the driver gets back but they have zero idea when that will be. If you can’t get shit together to do delivery, don’t offer it.

Quality is definitely going downhill, this used to be one of thee best hoagie places in area, recently ordered a corn beef hoagie that had 3 slices of meat on it, for what they charge for them hoagies, lol I’m good I will not be ordering from here again!

I had their ultimate chicken sandwich. Awesome. It’s on a long roll with a crispy chicken slices of bacon like eight slices of bacon and honey mustard, lettuce tomato onion delicious!!!!
