I went to this McDonald’s yesterday with my grandchildren and the door was locked. The drive through was open and busy. There was no notice on the property that it was closed for the dine in customers. Don’t ever go to this franchise! Not only because of this, but because every time I go there, only because my grandchildren want to, they ignore the dine in patrons. I have had to ask multiple times for ketchup, napkins, and straws which were not available where the sodas are. Such horrible service!!!

I placed a mobile order for breakfast between 10:00 AM and 10:15 AM and arrived at the store at approximately 10:25 AM. The mobile application had already processed my payment and indicated that my order was being prepared. However, due to the slow response of the staff member operating the intercom system, we were unable to confirm our presence for pickup until 10:31 AM.
Typically, in such situations, the food is already prepared and can be promptly retrieved. However, in this instance, the staff member informed us that we needed to arrive before 10:15 AM, despite the fact that breakfast service officially concludes at 10:30 AM. Despite our efforts to reason with the staff member, she adamantly refused to provide us with a receipt (fortunately, we retained the mobile order confirmation) or offer any form of compensation for the inconvenience.
Realistically, if the service had been more efficient, we likely could have obtained our food without issue. However, the service window was unable to keep pace with the demand of the three vehicles in the queue. Upon requesting an explanation for this situation, the staff member became agitated and exhibited unprofessional behavior. Rather than engaging in further unproductive dialogue, we decided to leave the establishment without receiving our food, feeling both hungry and dissatisfied with the overall experience.

Pretty much the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The orders are never right. The food is always cold or cooked wrong. I get it it's McDonald's but come on people. We ordered for my son's birthday 2 meals were missing. We reordered those meals and we're missing fries then I went back to get fries and apple pie and they left out the pies. Maybe lay off the vape pen and you can put a simple order together.
