I waited 22 minutes for a medium fries and a quarter pounder with cheese. I paid $ 10.58, the sandwich was cold and dry with two layers of pickles I didn't order. I am completely disgusted and will not return.

Very untidy. The burger looked like they threw the items in from 10 feet away. Everything was messy. The milkshake wasn't even properly closed and was spilling everywhere.

Ordered food online, when I went to go pick it up they told me that my order had been given to someone else by mistake. When asked to remake it they refused and gave a hard time about a refund. 0/10 would not recommend this location

Stopped here every morning around 6:30 for a week. You have to sit at the drive through & wait multiple minutes until you’re greeted. If you speak up, it’s like you’re imposing upon them. They’re either understaffed, or under trained. Stop at the Dunkin’ next door, they’re open & fast.

I'm a very reasonable person and learned you treat people how you'd expect to be treated. This young man today at the drive thru refused to complete my order because i didn't want the DRINK! I have never went to any fast food restaurant and was told i could not have my order taken because I didn't want the drink. That being said! It doesn't surprise me to have read the many complaints about this location. Who ever the owner is they need to simply change how this place operates. I thought the kid was joking at first but he was adamant about not taking my order then proceeded to charge me .70 for a dasini water 🤮 and that's when i pulled around to speak with him. Never coming back!
