Food: fries were lukewarm, nuggets were hard, bread was tough. Food was ok…I guess.
Service: lady behind counter gave me a sauce when she didn’t have to and walked our food to the table. Good experience.
Atmosphere: music kept cutting out and wall paper was falling off the wall.

I’m now sure if this individual was the manager she was a older woman her attitude was extremely horrible the way she talks to the staff is not it at all.
I asked her a question looks me in my face and walks away as I’m talking to her I sat there patiently waited
I will not be going back to this location

This is an example of a McDonald’s that gives them a bad name. Every time I’ve tried it, it’s gotten worse. Cold food. Missing items. They’ve never once got the order right. Absolutely horrendous.

Don’t bother! Went inside to order breakfast. Nobody was at the register so ordered at the kiosk. Went over to the pickup line. There were a small amount of people there and not one employee acknowledged us. They pretended not to hear you and just kept walking past everyone without acknowledging anyone’s order.
It took over 20 minutes to get my food after trying to get an employees attention and another 15 minutes for them to give me my missing food items. .
On top of it, they were even screwing up the drive thru line and also short changing customers from what you heard waiting in line to get your food. Don’t even bother going there. Employees were rude, didn’t care, and no customer service. Go somewhere else. The food wasn’t even worth the wait.

As someone who works in the HVAC field and is constantly on the go, I expect fast food to be just that — fast. Unfortunately, this location is anything but. Several employees were standing around while only a few seemed to be doing most of the work. I used the bathroom and placed an order for a 10-piece meal to go, yet it took nearly 10 minutes for anyone to process my order simply because I was paying in cash, even though I used the self-service kiosk. It then took an additional 20 minutes or more before my food was ready. When a “quick stop” ends up consuming your entire lunch break, it’s no longer fast food.

I ordered curbside twice from this location. Both times I had to go in to get my order. They DID NOT bring the order to the car both times. I went inside the second time because my order said it was ready but we waited and no one came out. The lady at the counter told me because I ordered curbside so it takes long for someone to bring it out. Say What? But it curbside! Besides the order was not ready when it said it was in the app. When I got home we were still missing our Big Mac from our order.

The worker was extremely rude and we will NEVEr go there again!

NEVER ORDER THERE Terrible attitude towards food! The mayonnaise was sour, there was mold all over the bottle, it's disgusting. I'll never buy anything from there again and I don't recommend it. Horribly irresponsible.

Waited over half an hour for a mobile curbside order. Went into the store at the 25 minutes, was scolded by staff because they are short staffed and can't be running food out in the cold. After 10 more minutes lukewarm food was presented with 2 items missing. Drive the extra 10 minutes and go to a different McDonald's.

On Tuesday 12/2 at about 5:30pm I got screamed at through the drive thru window by the manager on duty, while In front of my 2 children. All because the ignorant worker at the window kept telling me my order was $28 and I told her that didn’t make seemed because what I ordered didn’t total that. Long store short, after the manager SCREAMED at me at the window, she gave me 50% off my order because she realized she was out of line. For this location to be “locally family owned” they need to fire the evening employees and hire people who actually WANT to work & do their job. I’ve been here many time with my kids but will NEVEE return. I thought to call the police to report the incident because that’s how disturbing it was and I felt verbally assaulted for no good reason. I will however be reporting this to corporate. Thankfully I have dash camera footage of the altercation.

The McDonald's associate who worked the second window needs better customer service training. She was not pleasant and she was not welcoming. She didn't say hello or anything. Your employees at this McDonald's have to understand that it is their job to be pleasant and inviting to customers because we can take our business elsewhere.

Consistently the worst personal experience/customer service experience in the drive thru here. All staff are always unfriendly, rude, and seem inconvenienced to be doing the tasks of their job. I tried to exchange a wrong drink, got told to “just wait a second” then realized later they did not include two chocolate mills with happy meals. Incompetent and an unpleasant place.
