The McDonald's associate who worked the second window needs better customer service training. She was not pleasant and she was not welcoming. She didn't say hello or anything. Your employees at this McDonald's have to understand that it is their job to be pleasant and inviting to customers because we can take our business elsewhere.
I told her that I didn't want to go back here but, noooooo, she wanted to give them a fifth chance.

Best fish sandwich I've ever had. Fresh, crispy, warm, and the right size. I honestly never made such a post on a fast food restaurant.
