Pizza was cold, staff rude and very unpleasant. There’s a reason why there are so many negative customer service reviews about the disrespectful staff and bad food. Restaurant also dirty & unsanitary.
My order was wrong and when I called to inform them I was yelled at and laughed at. It’s upsetting because this is my favorite pizza place and I don’t think I’ve ever experienced customer service like that before. I spoke with Riley and Nicole. I ordered “half” pepperoni (for husband, I can’t eat pepperoni) through the Toast app and it didn’t translate to their system apparently. I hope they fix this issue so it doesn’t happen to other customers.
