Their cakes are ALWAYS fresh and they have a great selection of flavors. I HIGHLY recommend their cakes for all occasions!

They need a new driver for their van. Saw a lady driving one of their vans using 2 lanes at the same time going 40 Mph on the highway then had the nerve to wail on the horn at me when I went around them. They could have caused an accident.

My son turned the BIG 5 today and he was so excited to get his own little cupcake 🧁 when we went in the cashier barely spoke and wasn't friendly at all! We told her today was his birthday and she completely ignored it. He was waiting for her to acknowledge his birthday and she completely ignored him!!! Definitely not supporting this business anymore 😒

The cakes are dandy, but the staff has a bizarre policy of requiring customers to provide a phone number--even when placing a simple counter order to take with them. I gave mine once, and since then, I've been inundated with spam calls and texts. Without a loyalty program or clear reason for collecting this information, it's hard not to suspect that selling customer data may be part of their business model.

From out of town and staying in a hotel: ordered 3 bundlets and asked for forks. Girl tells me I have to order a party pack to get forks. WTH? Across the street at Gigi’s Cupcakes they have a utensil dispenser. Next time I’ll go there. #disappointed.

I like the Nothing Bundt Cakes bundtlets especially the lemon and red velvet cakes but the online ordering and pickup service needs work. My order was delayed when I arrived. I ordered my birthday bundt cake and it wasnt ready by the order time. I purposely came late and still had to wait about another 10 minutes in the store before it was done. This is the second time my order was late and not ready. The first time the store didnt get my order and had to make it based on my order confirmation. The manager was very helpful which is why I gave it overall 4 stars but I hope this issue gets fixed soon.
