Had a mixup when ordering 150 pretzels. I didn’t check the date of the pickup. Staff were very accommodating in getting them ready on the spot for me a day before the order. Sorry for the mixup and thank you so much for your assistance!
Preordered 25 pretzels for a class party and staff were super friendly when picking up. As I was checking out I noticed what looked like a breakfast sandwich. After asking I was told they just came out with them today. It was a pork roll egg and cheese sandwich on a pretzel bagel. Soooo delicious!!! Will definitely be purchasing again.
Being a resident of the Philadelphia area soft pretzels are a staple of the snack foods that the Philadelphia area tends to enjoy.The philly pretzel factory consistently has as the best pretzels that are cooked to perfection to have a good solid outside Brown crust and yet a very soft Doughy Interior.
