I ate here recently and really enjoyed it. I was visiting the area and this was a great find.
Went to Pho Ben City last night (Saturday 3/13) and had one of the worst dining experiences of my life. These are the reasons why:
1. Though there were several customers dining in the man behind the counter tried very hard to persuade me and my family to order take out.
2. Most of the tables were dirty with old dishes, leaving us to sit in the back by the bathroom.
