This is a new Popeyes, the chicken was so fresh, and so delicious. I'm sure it's it was this way because it's new. I hope after time that they change the grease so that it continues to be delicious and fresh! The customer service was four-star ★★★★ also.
Whoever was manning the drive thru at 5:07pm Wed Nov 6 could benefit from a little more training, particularly in the tone in which they talk to customers. They were almost, honestly, talking to us like a robot and sounding a little like AI. Like we were dumb. Both my husband and I agreed the same thing. It was off-putting unfortunately, as her tone quickly switched when she heard me whisper why is she talking like that? Not sure how else to put it but it made me a little uncomfortable...
I would give them 4 stars I think the food could be better, I have been maybe 4 times but three times in the evening thought it was me, so went early in afternoon! Think they re-using old grease chicken could be much better , but some taste like old grease . You all have to toss the old grease!!
